The word in the Greek means Exostis loft, balcony. The distinguished already from the location of the place, which is like a balcony over the fertile Argolic valley near Nafplion. Until the beautiful sandy beach of Tolon and the charming town of Nafplion is just a few kilometers. Up to the ancient sites of Mycenae and Tyrins a short hop. The ancient theater and the sanctuary of Epidaurus are not far away. Worth a visit is the area just because of the summer Festival of Epidaurus. Many classical dramas and comedies are even today still performed in Epidaurus and drag preferably in the summer months, visitors and spectators from all over Germany and abroad. In Exostis, hillside situation we rent a holiday home with pool Orestes.
A generous Mediterranean garden with lawn, palm trees and citrus trees surrounding the house. Laterally of the main house there is an annex with 2 other apartments that are not rented this year. Comfortable holiday home, built in 1974, renovated in 2012, approximately 220sqm of living space, 4 bedrooms, on a garden plot with fruit trees and many Mediterranean plants. Heightened ground floor: living / dining room, adjacent second sliding living room with fireplace, sofa, satellite TV. Adjacent to the dining room large, open-plan kitchen with electric oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, washing machine. Direct access to the terrace and the garden of the house. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 1. Floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Approximately 1000 sqm large enclosed garden and lawn, gas grill. Several covered, wrap-around terraces. Approximately 50 sqm (dimensions 5 x 10 m, depth 0.60 to 2.80 m) large swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor shower. Parking at the house. Internet (Wi-Fi). In. 1 OG cultivation is another bedroom with 1 double bed, air conditioning, great views of the pool, the garden and the surrounding countryside. WC with wash basin. The room can be reached through the hall with separate entrance and a connecting door to the kitchen to the hallway of the main house. The separate bedroom in the annex of the house is on an occupancy of 7 persons.
Bed linen and towels are delivered twice per week.

The house was very spacious.. plenty of room for our party of 9. Many beaches within a 15 minute drive give or take. For a large party, this house provides awese value.

good value for money

huge house and plenty of space for everyone. pool is lovely but would of been good if there was shade available around it with parasols/ canopy really comfortable beds and communication was v good. lovely town to spend the evening in and we loved the lido and vavari beach would definitely stay at this house again

The owners responded very quickly to any questions or messages and Giannis the property contact super helpful. A slightly dated villa but you can see where the modernisation is going and it's going to be gorgeous when completed. Have already recommended to friends. A tip, if you hire a car go small, surrounding streets are tight.

Η συγκεκριμένη βίλα βρίσκεται σε ένα πάρα πολύ όμορφο σημείο του Ναυπλίου, είναι μεγάλη και ευρύχωρη με μία πανέμορφη πισίνα στον όμορφο κήπο αυτής. Η βίλα διαθέτει πολλά υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνια, ώστε να μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει πολύ κόσμο. Χρειάζεται όμως κάποια φροντίδα και ανακαίνιση. Πολλές από τις αποχετεύσεις στα μπάνια ήταν βουλωμένες ενώ το σπίτι είχε αράχνες και σκόνη σε πολλά σημεία, γεγονός που δείχνει ότι δεν καθαρίστηκε όπως θα έπρεπε για να φιλοξενήσει κόσμο. Η απλώστρα για τα μαγιό και τις πετσέτες στον κήπο ήτανε παλιά και έσπασε ήδη από την πρώτη μέρα που πήγαμε εκεί.

Fantastic location, lovely pool, large villa

We stayed for a week in this villa with our adult family. We loved the location near Nafplion and being near the coast and an easy drive from Athens on excellent roads. The swimming pool was very much appreciated and the garden with shade. We enjoyed all our meals in the garden. The beds are comfortable although the curtains are basic to darken the bedrooms.The villa is large with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and space. It is made up of an original house of 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and downstairs shower room. This part of the house is older and the decor is tired but mostly met our needs. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped but we had to request a sharp knife with was provided when we asked. However there was much confusion about getting hot water and for several days we did not have hot showers or hot water in the kitchen in this part of the house. The kitchen tap is plumbed in back to front so if you are drinking cold tap water you must have it on the hot water setting. The house is managed by the family who live overseas so there is no-one directly to help. A plumber was called to sort out the hot water but we were expected to wait in for him. When you are on holiday you do not expect to wait in for workmen to fix the problems that should already be sorted. Fixtures were old and tired.This older part of the house is connected to an extension with 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is in the process of completion.

Ideal Place for Eastern Peleponnes

We had a wonderful time in the house which is an ideal base for Nafplio, Epidauros and Mycene. The house is very spatious and offers everything you could wish for (except for a sophisticated coffee machine maybe). Some outdoor furniture could use an update but overall everything is in good shape. The hosts were very supportivee at check-in or when we had problems/questions around the house. I would definitely recommend it, alsok for larger groups (we were only four and there would have have been enough room for 8 people)

Great Rental

We had a great experience here. Property is better than described. Our kids enjoyed the pool immensely.. A car is needed but everything is fairly close in driving distance. The owners were very responsive. The only think is that it was not stocked very well with basics like toilet paper or garbage bags.

A rénover et à isoler !

Villa aux équipements vétustes dans un environnement très bruyant, notamment des aboiements de chiens toute les nuits. Jardin néanmoins agréable tout comme le propriétaire. Je pense que de nombreux travaux sont à prévoir pour rétablir un minimum de confort et de tranquillité.

Big and nice house which needs some investments

Below the feedback I shared with the owner when we left: "Dear Sotos, Globally it was a pleasant week ; as I said the house is big, the rooms are comfortable, the garden and the pool very nice. However I really recommand that: - you invest in new equipments in order to welcome 12 guests - you put much more focus on a regular cleaning of the house. Having said that, we found it too expensive but appreciated that you quickly took our remarks into consideration."

Great space, lovely views - my son is already pining to go back

Pros - villa is spacious and clean, Well equipped with lots of terraces to enjoy the fabulous views. The pool is wonderful (with a proper deep end). The location is great if you have a car - easy distance to Epidavros, Mycenae, Argos etc. Nafplio is a 5 minute drive away and absolutely charming. The area is very Greek and welcoming. Cons- some equipment is getting a bit old and could do with replacing eg the fridge. There isn’t really anywhere to eat in easy walking distance at night.

location 2 semaines en famille

Très belle villa, descriptif qui reflète la réalité. Piscine au top avec débordement et remplissage automatique, douche fonctionnelle et appréciable. Equipement extérieur (transat, parasol, table etc...) très correct. Pour l'intérieur literie, linge de lit changé 1 fois par semaine et linge de bain changé 2 fois par semaine apprécié. Concernant les points d'améliorations je dirais accessoires pour la cuisine trop vieux et pas très complet pour une location qui peut accueillir plus de 12 couchages. A améliorer. 2 salles de bain à rénover pour un confort idéal. Le gros point négatif c'est des passages de personnes en plein milieu de la journée dans le jardin quand vous mangez ou vous baignez ou encore des enfants qui se baignent à 7h du matin quand vous dormez...bizarre pour une location privé. Sinon je recommande cette location mais bien précisez au propriétaire ces 2 points négatifs pour éviter des soucis.

Husets beliggenhed er rigtig god. Smuk udsigt til alle sider som kan nydes fra terrasse, pool, balkon og store vinduespartier. Mange spændende sight i området. Nafplion er en fantastisk by med spændende steder at se og hyggelige spisesteder. Huset er rummeligt og passede fint til vores gruppe med 4 voksne og 7 børn. Nogle af badeværelserne kunne trænge til en opdatering og det samme med service i køkkenet. Udearealerne er helt i top.

À great house

The house is great, with several terraces, and the swiming pool is really great. The guests are very kind. Only 2 out of the 3 bathrooms are really usable, but it is sufficient. For familly, be carreful with the children since there is no way to prevent them to fall into the swiming pool (but ours where old enough).
