The apartment includes: entrance with a closet/wardrobe, bathroom (shower) with WC, main room (with sofa bed 160x200 and BZ 140x190, flat screen TV) opening onto a large balcony, separate kitchen (dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, microwave, electric oven) also opening onto the balcony. A private parking space in the basement. Pets are not allowed in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 50€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).
