Private property with lots of space, private heated pool and close to dozens of great golf courses. Located just 10 minutes away from the PGA Village and the NY Mets training facility in the heart of Port St-Lucie. The house is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen), 2 baths and satellite TV. It is located 30 minutes from Jenson, Stuart or Hobe Sound Beaches. Access to everything

The property was centrally located. Near Traditions on Gatlin and a short ride to Route 1 over St Lucie Blvd. Golf courses galore. 95N or S just minutes away. Grocery stores within 5 minutes. Best of all, owner was very accessible as was the next door neighbor for any kind of assistance.

I'm a resident of Canada and purchased this property as I have many friends in the area. I normally rent it to Canadian "snowbirds" who are spending their winters in florida. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxing, enjoying golf and the nice Florida whether. Due to COVID, I am now expanding my rental potential to US clients of VRBO. The place is immaculate and I trust that all tenants will keep it that way.
