The cottage offers on the ground floor: a large living room of 49 m² with living room, lounge and an open fitted kitchen. A bedroom (1 bed 140), a toilet and a shower room. The second bedroom is located upstairs (steep staircase), on the mezzanine, and offers you 1 bed in 140 and 1 bed in 90 as well as a bathroom (toilet and washbasin). Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and an unfenced private garden of 400 m² with a view of the Gulf of Morbihan, as well as parking spaces. The gîte is adjoining the owner's house (who accesses her house by another road). 1 km from this holiday home, you can enjoy the coastline of the Gulf of Morbihan and its turquoise coves and walk the coastal path - Le Tour du Golfe - for beautiful hikes. Port-Blanc is 5 minutes away, from where you can board cruise ships to discover Ile aux Moines and Ile d'Arz or those offshore (Belle-Ile and Houat). Water sports and golf enthusiasts will find what they are looking for in the town. The town of Baden, 4 km away, has all the shops you will need during your stay. Between Vannes and Auray, within the Regional Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan, come and discover the sweetness of life in southern Morbihan by staying in Baden! This vacation rental is a large renovated traditional farmhouse. In the town, a whole range of activities will be offered to punctuate your stay!
