Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: an equipped kitchen open to a living room, a bathroom with shower and separate WC, all accessible by a step. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140x190 cm, 2 beds of 90x190. Private enclosed courtyard at the front of the house. Private garden of 250m2 at the back of the gite. Private parking adjoining the cottage. In a dead end, terraced Breton house. The cottage is 2km from the village, 4km from Lannion and the beaches of Beg Léguer. Trebeurden seaside resort is 5km away (diving center, marina). Perrons Guirec 10 km away, sea and river fishing, 14 mountain bike circuits as well as the coastal path (GR34) will make you discover the Côte de Granit Rose and the small port of Ploumanach, elected favorite village of the French in 2015. Small Breton house with Sea themed decoration to discover the Côte de Granit Rose!

Sehr hübsches Ferienhaus, Gemütlich-maritim, großer Esstisch, gut ausgestattetete Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle; gutes WLAN; Haus ruhig gelegen, jedoch verkehrsgünstig für alle touristischen Ziele; Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus; Garten mit Liegewiese; Schuppen für die Fahrräder; Autostellplatz, im 1. Stock Dachschräge und dadurch teils etwas niedrige Decken; Zusatzkosten für Endreinigung, Handtücher und Bettwäsche im FeWo-Inserat nicht erkennbar.
