In the heart of the village of Saint-Aygulf, a seaside resort near Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, this lovely residence combines all the conditions for a pleasant stay by the sea: a superb sandy beach 500m away, Mediterranean gardens, pool, tennis, all within a 5-minute walk from the center and its Provencal market. This area of Fréjus, nestled against the first eastern foothills of the Massif des Maures, offers diverse landscapes: ponds, wild coves, charming small sandy beaches... Between the Gulf of St-Tropez and Fréjus / St Raphaël, the seaside resort of Saint-Aygulf allows for easy and quick excursions to the hinterland and the Verdon Gorges through Roquebrune-sur-Argens.

Studio cabin rental for 4 people in Saint Aygulf, approximately 28 sqm + terrace or loggia with furniture. Living/dining room with equipped kitchenette and sofa bed (sleeps 2). A cabin area with bunk beds, bathroom + separate toilet. The residence is fenced (electric gate). Possibility to rent a garage on-site. Pool, tennis, free private parking. Apartment equipment: Television with TNT, washing machine, dishwasher, garden furniture, air conditioning.

To be paid on-site: security deposit (300 euros) plus the tourist tax.

Possibility to rent linen: 20 euros for double beds and 12 euros for a single bed per change.

Résidence propre .piscine top.terrain de tennis et boulodrome sur place.10 mn à pieds des grandes plages. 8 mn du centre ville. Accueil parfait de didier .simple et efficace. Juste peut-être renouveler vaisselle et nécessaire de cuisine même si cela ne nous a posé aucun problèmes. Merci encore à Didier pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Déçus de la location

Points positifs: L'emplacement est idéal, les commerces et les plages se font à pieds et la clim dans le studio. Points négatifs : Pour ce qui est de la résidence manque d'entretien vmc noires, sommier/matelas qui traînent dans le couloir pendant 1 semaine, dépot de meubles devant la résidence. Pour ce qui est du studio un gros rafraîchissement et une remise aux normes seraient une urgence/priorité :prises à moitié arrachées, tuyaux extérieur de la clim en très mauvais état, chaise de balcon cassée, carrelage cassé qui se décolle, meuble de sdb en mauvais état et douchette à refixer, abattant de wc en bois très usés et pas hygiénique, joints de la porte de frigo noirs, micro ondes sale et qui sent mauvais que nous n'avons du coup pas utilisé, décoration vieillotte, odeur de tabac et propreté du studio passable voire pas entretenu, mur, prises, interrupteurs et télécommandes sales ! Les tapis n'étaient même pas aspirés quznd nous sommes arrivés !Chambre pas utilisée car carton sur la fenêtre e' guise de rideau et hygiene du lit douteuse. Heureusement que nous étions là qu'une semaine car nous redoutions chaque jour de revenir au studio. En gros mis à part l'emplacement de la résidence nous n'avons pas apprécié la location et ne ferons du coup plus confiance à Abritel ! Extrêmement déçus ! Pour information logement 109 au nom de Vallet.
