Un séjour correct, l'appartement est bien placé (20mn en Uber de la place de l'étoile) dans un quartier calme. Il est dans l'ensemble assez propre mise à part du linge de maison un peu taché (serviette de toilette et taie, propre mais taché) et un protège matelas manquant dans le clic-clac . Ce même clic-clac est par contre en fin de vie niveau couchage, pas confortable du tout pour dormir. Les informations demandées pourraient être plus fluides et rapides. Quand on voyage, on apprécie que réponses soient rapides pour être serein. Sinon plutôt correct.

Gute Unterkunft aber schlechter Check-In

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Schlechte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin- reagierte nicht auf Anrufe und teilweise gar nicht auf E-Mails. Der Check- in dauerte 45m da unklar war, wo der Schlüssel ist bzw. der Standort nicht genau beschrieben war (1.Stock) und die Vermieterin nicht auf Anrufe und E-Mails reagierte - der Check- in konnte erst sehr verzögert erfolgen, da Fe-Wo die Vermieterin angerufen hatte und die direkte Verbindung hergestellt hatte. Auf E- Mails bezüglich der Fernseheinstellungen wurde nicht reagiert. Das Fenster im Wohnzimmer ließ sich nicht richtig verschließen- Sicherheitsrisiko! Aber ansonsten eine gute Unterkunft, die mit allem ausgestattet ist.

Hard to check in

Lovely apartment easy access to public transport but extremely difficult to check in key lock code did not work when I rang property owner they hung up on me and would not answer any further calls. Eventually after an hour the wife rang back still had trouble with codes took 8 difficult codes to finally get it right cost me $40.00 Australian in phone calls. Once in apartment we were very happy

Nothing good to say

First of all, air conditioners were broken and apartment was an oven in the heatwave. The only reason I booked this place was for the AC advertised. Owner thought a fan would suffice! A fan does nothing but blow hot air at you. Doesn’t cool a 2 room apartment. Windows had no screens and had to close them as bugs were coming in. We were instructed as to how to get more hot water but I had to take cold 3 cold showers to cool off. Stayed one night and had to find a place with AC, not a great start to our vacation! Also there was no pillows for the fold out sofa bed just a bunch decorative ones. Still waiting for my refund.
