Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a living room area with a sofa bed ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a shower room.

You will particularly appreciate:
- its quietness (well insulated accommodation with new windows) ;
- its luminosity;
- its absence of opposite.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Television (82 cm with a streaming platform, Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc.) Washing machine, Fan and Oven. Here are the little extras:
- Raclette machine;
- Toaster;
- Kettle;
- Children's games;
- Equipment for babies (cot, potty, high chair and bathtub) ;
- and clothesline. All of these are located under the bed safe in the room.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The real asset of the apartment is its location. It is located 13 minutes walk from downtown and close to all amenities, namely:
- numerous restaurants, bars, pharmacies and food shops;
- a grocery store (at the bottom of the building);
- a very large shopping center "E.Leclerc" at 200 meters for your small daily purchases;
