Concentrate on the essentials again!

The four-sided farm "Ederhof" is in a romantic location on the Hauptmannsberg at the end of an idyllic valley. The remoteness of the hamlet of Hauptmannsberg and thus the relaxation effect should be particularly mentioned. Depending on your preferences, enough activities and excursion destinations are possible, all of which do not mean a trip around the world.

The cozy rooms are as original as possible and perfectly reflect the flair of the house.
The courtyard offers enough space for children to play, to relax or for cozy barbecues.

The accommodation is wheelchair accessible due to the ramp in the courtyard, rooms on the ground floor and walk-in shower.

Currently, both the house, the large courtyard and the beautiful orchard can be used. The adjacent farm buildings are gradually being renovated. This does not cause any disruption to our guests.

Behind the farm further up the mountain begins the forest where nature lovers get their money's worth: mountain biking, mushroom searching, fresh air snapping ;-) What your heart desires!
The forest is traversed by the so-called elevated road, which is not a road, but just a forest path that can be used to best take spontaneous walks. Depending on the stamina, the route can be shortened or extended.

The Sonnenhof is also within walking distance (approx. 20 minutes). A riding stable where children can go horseback riding. The tavern offers good food at affordable prices in large portions! An absolute excursion tip!

The Aidenbach market with the nearest shops is 8 km away and shopping should be done by car.

Other excursion destinations for children are:
- Game park in Ortenburg
- Voglsam bird park near Schönau
- Amusement park "Bayern-Park" in Reisbach

The bathing triangle Bad Griesbach - Bad Füssing - Bad Birnbach is about 30 km away and offers wellness lovers relaxation and health-impaired people relief. There are also several first-class golf courses on which the Kaiser Franz Beckenbauer can sometimes be found.

Idyllische Ruhe in gemütlicher Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist 10 Autominuten von Aidenbach entfernt. Ohne Auto eher schwierig. Es ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Alles was man für den Alltag benötigt, ist da. Einkaufen kann man toll in Aidenbach. Wir haben den Obstgarten und den Hof sehr genossen. Wenn man morgens durch das Küchenfenster schaut, sieht man mit Glück Rehe übers Feld spazieren. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholtsieht

Herrliche Lage und urige Atmosphäre

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Urlaubswoche auf dem Ederhof verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist liebevoll und individuell ausgestatt mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist wirklich besonders, man ist sofort mitten in der Natur und kann wirklich komplett abschalten. Auch für unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt.

Ruhe pur

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern und 4 erwachsenen in dem Haus. Es sind einige Spiele für die Kinder und auch erwachsenen vorhanden. :) Das hat vor allem die Kinder gut beschäftigt wenn man zu Haus war. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat, so Das wir uns wohl gefühlt haben. Ein bisschen störend waren die Türgriffe, die knartschen und quietschen fast alle. So wie, die Pumpe, im Hauswirtschaftsraum, sie ist im unterem Schlafzimmer für bestimmt 15 min, nach Wasserbenutzung, mit einem lauten „knacken“ zu hören. Das war doch sehr störend. Im oberen Bad, sollten nach Möglichkeit weitere Rollos angebracht werden…. Nur 1 von 3 Fenstern hatte ein Rollo. Sonst hatten wir erholsame Tage, mit viel Ruhe und Natur. :) Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war super. :)

Ansprechend gestaltete Räume mit viel Platz für eine Großfamilie

Die Räumlichkeiten in einem renovierten sind sehr ansprechend gestaltet und bieten Platz für 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder. Die gesamte Abwicklung vom ersten bis zum letzten Kontakt war einfach, offen und vertrauensvoll. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und kommen wieder zurück. Vielen Dank!

Für eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie

Wir waren für 4 Tage im Ederhof und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wenn man sich vom Alltagesstress etwas erholen möchte, ist die Lage optimal. In der Nacht hat man absolute Ruhe, was wir sehr genossen haben. Sehr gut ausgestattet ist der Ederhof auch und alles verlief problemlos.

Toller Hof, schön ruhig.

Wir waren als Familie dort. Die Beschreibung im Inserat stimmt mit der Realität überein. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt,besonders schön ist auch, dass eine gewisse Grundausstattung für Küche und Bad vorhanden ist. Der Hof liegt schön einsam, es ist absolut ruhig dort. Für Kinder ideal, dass der Hof absperrbar ist und die Kinder nicht auf die Strasse laufen können, denn die wenigen Autos, die da vorbeifahren sind leider immer ziemlich flott unterwegs. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort vorbeischauen.

Schön renovierter Hof

Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Großer geschlossener Innenhof in dem man die Kinder spielen lassen kann. Objekt wie beschrieben.
