Riverfront home on Lower Flathead River 7 miles up from Flathead Lake. Boat dock and ramp, boat storage available. Four person Paddleboat, 3 kayacks, 3 sups available mid June to September depending on river runoff. The boat dock area is a shared space with main home owners.
Property is on 70 Acres and 1 1/4 miles of river Frontage, next door to the main home where owner lives next door with son and wife, 75 yards away with garden and Fruit orchard in between homes for privacy. Strict 4 person occupancy limit day and night.
Located 20 minutes to Bigfork and Kalispell 30 minutes to Whitefish, 45 minutes to West entrance of glacier National Park, 50 minutes to baselage whitefish ski resort. Good cell service good Internet speed 25GB up, 10GB down.

A winter in Montana

I stayed in this house on this property for 5 months. The view was magnificent everyday. The house had all amenities needed. The owner and staff were very proactive. Water, mountains, animals and peace. I highly recommend this property

Beautiful property!

We had the best time! This place had gorgeous views on the river and the perfect place for us to gather with our daughter and her husband. We loved that they could bring their dogs and enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings! Even played several games of croquet. Great place! Thank you so much!
