Overall: Good value, would stay again! Pros: host was responsive in a timely fashion with clear instructions. Decent location on the border of the 18th and 9th. Close to buses and metro to access Paris sights. We even walked back from Notre-Dame and it was about a 40 minute walk. Down the road from Bouillion Pigalle which was a budget friendly French dinner. Having access to free laundry and washing tablets x2 was great! Bed was comfortable, but it was two twins pushed together (ok with me). Air conditioning was great! Fantastic shower water pressure. Modern furnishings. Cons: really dirty floor. My socks were black from walking on the floor the day we arrived. The fridge was really stinky! Like the smell overtook the apartment everytime we opened it. Duvet cover was large enough for two people but the duvet itself was really narrow and didn’t cover us both.(I discovered upon or departure that it may have been folded in half). Quite noisy day and night. Bring earplugs.
