Are you privately or professionally in Hanover, would you like to visit one of the many trade fairs or spend your vacation here? Are you looking for spacious and cozy accommodation? Then we would be happy to welcome you as a guest in our new, 70 sqm apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our new single-family house built in 2010 in Sehnde-Rethmar (between Hildesheim and Hanover). It has a separate entrance and a separate terrace. Rethmar belongs to the city of Sehnde and is located approx. 25 km southeast of the center of Hanover and approx. 23 km northeast of Hildesheim. It is about 20 km to the exhibition center in Hanover. We also speak english.
You are in Hanover on business or for pleasure and are looking for a more spacious accommodation than a hotel room? We would like to welcome you in our modern 700 sq. ft. apartment in Sehnde (between Hanover and Hildesheim). The apartment is located on the first floor of our new home and has a separate entrance and patio. Rethmar belongs to the city of Sehnde and is located approx. 25 km southeast of the center of Hannover and approx. 23 km northeast of Hildesheim. The Hannover trade fair facilities are about 20 km away. For more information, just give us a call.

Sehr gepflegte und ruhige FeWo, sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben unseren Wochenend-Aufenthalt mit zwei Paaren und einem Kleinkind bei Familie Schaetzing sehr genossen. Die FeWo ist super gut gepflegt und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die FeWo liegt extrem ruhig, ist allerdings auch nur gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Check-in und Check-out waren total komplikationslos. Wir können die FeWo wärmstens und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen. In dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Es war unser 3. Aufenthalt in Rethmar bei Familie Schaetzing und es war wie immer alles super. Vielen Dank!

Danke Familie Schaetzing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner ist vorhanden. Sogar Bücher und Spiele für unsere Kinder waren vorhanden. Der Terassenbereich und die wunderschön angelegten Außenanlagen inspirierten uns sehr. Die verkehrsberuhigte Lage, die Nähe zum Mittellandkanal und die damit verbundene Möglichkeit, mit den Kindern sofort die Natur genießen zu können, rundete das Ganze ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren für 3 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und sind absolut begeistert. Der Check in war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und schnell. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Flexibilität. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, modern ausgestattet und super sauber. Die Lage ist toll. Absolut ruhig und man ist zu Fuß schnell am Mittelllandkanal und auch im Ort. Alles in allem ein super Gesamtpaket und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat. Grund unseres Aufenthaltes war das M‘era Luna Festival im 20-30min entfernten Hildesheim. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Genau richtig um sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag zu erholen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Perfekte Wohnung

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber dennoch Zentral, nicht weit zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alls in allem perfekte 3 Tage .

Sehr saubere und schöne Fewo

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber uns es wurden uns sogar etwas schokolade und kalte Getränke bei ankunft als Überraschung bereitgestellt. Super angenehm. Wir haben es hier sehr genosseb. Danke auch für den hochstuhl für unsere kleine Tochter.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Für meine Freundin und mich passte alles. Schöne, ruhige Lage und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Grds. war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Vermisst haben wir nur große Teller bzw. Schüsseln. Aber das war unser Empfinden.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir waren mit unseren Zwillingen (1 Jahr alt) vor Ort und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was benötigt wurde. Für unsere Kinder wurde auch ein Kinderstuhl und ein Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir mussten daher nur ein zusätzliches Reisebett mitbringen, was dem Platzbedarf im Auto sehr entgegen kam. Gerne wieder.

Perfect Accommodation

We stayed in Cordula's apartment for 5 nights. It is a sparkling clean and very comfortable apartment. It has two large bedrooms (with wardrobes in each) with a king size bed and two single beds. All beds have comfortable medium firm matresses. The kitchen/living room has a medium size refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave with an electronic timer. The kitchen and the apartment as a whole are fully equipped with everything a traveler might need. The bathroom has a large shower cabin and a bath tab with a shower. The water pressure is good. The internet is fast ( about 30-40 Mbps). Street parking space is always available in front of the house. It is very easy to communicate with Cordula. We gave this apartment 5 stars in all categories and highly recommend it.

Toller Urlaub in Rethmar

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung am Mittellandkanal. Super sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Garten ist toll angelegt und die private Terasse lädt zum chillen ein. Check-in und Kommunikation mit Frau Schaetzing waren sehr gut. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Wenn wir nochmal in diese Region verreisen, kommen wir gerne hierhin zurück.

Gepflegte Unterkunft

Wir waren vom 25.6. bis 2.7. zu Gast und können die Unterkunft mit ruhigem Gewisse weiter empfehlen. Für 4 erwachsende Personen war genügend Platz und die Einrichtung ist komfortabel und sauber. Wir bedanken uns auf diesem Weg noch einmal bei der Gastgeberin.
