Perfect for a family

I only have positive things to say about the room itself: spacious, clean, fresh sheets, comfortable beds, and a kitchenette with the basics you might need. The bathroom is large as well. The train station is just 100 meters away — you can feel some vibrations and hear it a bit, but it’s not very disturbing. What happened to me was that I booked through Hotels.com and paid with Klarna. When I checked in at the hotel, the exact same amount was charged again, plus the tourist tax. At check-out, I couldn’t check out myself using the screen, so I called the hotel. The man on the phone was super friendly, spoke English, and explained that I would get a refund a bit later. I haven’t received it yet, but I trust that it will come.

No check in data at 18.00! Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. Funny experience.

Terrible experience i will never come back to this place again. The checkin was not smooth at all, all e-mails sent in German language, at the property information was displayed in the same language. No guidance for people who are not speaking the language. More than that, they are requesting me to pay an extra tax of €3.89 as apparently I didn’t complete the check in at the machine and i used some emergency type of check in which was not explained to me.This was not explained for the beginning, nor on Expedia. Lack of transparency, poor customer service and clearly not professional. I will also submit a formal complaint i think customers should not experience something like this.

Överlag helt ok boende, inget märkvärdigt, men om man bokar genom Hotels.com kräver de att man även betalar på plats, hela kostnaden, vilket är både absurt och orimligt.

Die Unterkunft war leider schon etwas heruntergekommen. Türen beschädigt, Betten zerkratzt. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist nicht richtig montiert, sodass man sich im schlimmsten Fall verletzen kann. Die Tür zur Unterkunft ist nicht abschließbar. Dazu war es laut und hat nach Zigaretten gestunken!

Direkt vor dem Appartement ist zur Zeit eine riesen 24h Baustelle. Gut, das kann man nicht ändern, allerdings wäre ein Hinweis bei der Buchungsbestätigung sehr nett gewesen. Es war eine Tortur überhaupt zu dem Appartement zu kommen. Gründlich gereinigt wurde auch nicht. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher lag unter dem Bett, genauso wie eine leere Wasserflasche vom Vorgänger.

Der erste Eindruck sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Hinterher… Lampe im Schlafzimmer ging nicht, Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht, die Matratzen ein Alptraum, das eine von den 3 Betten war kaput und hat gequizt, die decken zu klein fur große leute 1.78 und1.85. Im WC kein toilettenlüfter.

Die check in Zugänge gab es erst auf Nachfrage gegen 18.00 Danach hatte das Appartement bis zum Morgen keinen Strom Niemand vom Vermieter war vor Ort Der versprochene Techniker wegen des Strom Ausfalls kam nicht. Der Telefon Service des Anbieters - ich formuliere es freundlich - nicht immer verfügbar und nicht hilfreich. Das Ausweich Appartement hatte auch nur teilweise Strom. Habe meine Klamotten im Dunkeln gepackt und bin abgereist. Möchte die Übernachtung erstattet bekommen da ich hohe Roaming und Zusatz-Kosten hatte. Denkwürdige Erfahrung

Für 1 Nacht nach einem Konzert auf Schloss Marienburg ideal gelegen und sehr preiswert! Frühstück im Bauerncafé in Laatzen (6 Min. m. d. Auto) ist absolut empfehlenswert!
