Welcome to Porto-Vecchio ! I welcome you in my house of 180 square meters with GARDEN ideal for 8 persons. It is ideally located, in a quiet area and close to the sea. The house is very well adapted for a tourist stay in family. I look forward to welcoming you !

## Logement
The house is fully air-conditioned. It has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
- Bedroom 1 is a master suite with a double bed and private bathroom. Large terrace overlooking the garden.
- Bedroom 2 : suite : two single beds and private shower room. Large terrace overlooking the garden.
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed, private bathroom with WC. Access to the garden.
- A fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and garden.
- A 50 m2 living room opening onto a huge terrace in front of the garden.

It also has a large, totally flat, enclosed GARDEN (closed by a motorised gate), ideal for organising games of BABY-FOOT, entertaining and relaxing. Children will also appreciate the tree house and the games in the garden. Parents will be reassured by the security of the place.

You can also take advantage of the outdoor furniture to rest, have your meals or your aperitifs on a huge sheltered terrace.

You will have at your disposal: closed parking (3 cars), Wifi, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Iron.

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

In the heart of Porto-Vecchio, you can visit its main attractions: to the south of your accommodation, the beaches of Palombaggia, Tamaricciu, Santa Giulia... To the north, the beaches of Saint-Cyrien and Pinarellu. If you want to experience the mountains, go to the Cascade de Piscia at the Barrage de l'Ospedale without forgetting the Aiguilles de Bavella.
You can also discover and do activities with children: diving initiation at the Hippocampe Centre, bungee jumping and tyrolean traverse at the Parc Aventure de Porto-Vecchio, roller coaster shows and rides at Corsica Park.

Porto-Vecchio Also called "The City of Salt" because of its salt works between 1795 and 1815, Porto-Vecchio is the third largest city in Corsica. Its fame now goes beyond the borders of the island of beauty: paradisiacal beaches, typical citadel, pretty marina with terraces and shops, family, sport and night activities are its main assets.

The picturesque charm of the old town with its narrow streets opening onto small squares, the citadel transformed into a cultural place with a breathtaking view or the marina with its many restaurants and ice cream parlors, you will be spoilt for choice for a nice walk or a drink facing the sea. The area: The house is located in the Marina di Fiori area, a very popular residential area of Porto-Vecchio, 5 minutes from the city and the port. Shops, attractions, beaches, everything is nearby and the calm is absolute. Some beaches are accessible on foot like the beach of Marina di Fiori or the creek of Marina di Fiori. The plus: To enjoy the attractions of Porto-Vecchio without taking the car, you can also use the free electric shuttle put in place by the city: located at 2 minutes by car or 5 minutes on foot, this convenience will delight parents and teenagers wanting to enjoy without constraint a moment in Porto-Vecchio.
