Comfortable mini-villa of 65 m2 in a residence directly on a nice beach, located on the peninsula of Benedettu, in the Gulf of Porto Vecchio. Charming furniture, 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, WC. Air conditioning, large wood deck.

Beautiful beach at 80 meters from the villa, with no roads to cross (the villa has not the view on the sea, however it is located at few steps from the beach only). Great place, quiet, immersed in the nature, ideal for children, along the beach of Benedettu ('lieu béni'). Coves of pink granite rocks and unfrequented wild beach distanced few tens of meters.

During high saison, rent based on 1 week (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday.
Optional rent of linen/sheets and towels, at the cost of 20 euros / person

Tout simplement magique

Communication au top avec le propriétaire ainsi que la réception du lieu. Le figuier est une villa avec tout le nécessaire, dans un endroit magnifique, calme et une plage superbe à quelques mètres, rajouter a cela une meteo radieuse et vous avez tout pour passer des vacances de rêve. A recommander sans hésitation. Et encore merci a Pierre. des vacances

Ottima posizione!

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere qui le mie vacanze con le amiche. La casa è piccolina ma ci si sta senza problemi, inoltre lo spazio esterno è ampio. Il residence è tranquillissimo, lontano da strade e caos. Il mare a due passi da lì è stupendo e le spiagge tranquillissime, praticamente deserte. Pierre inoltre è una persona super gentile e disponibile!

Une villa très propre avec emplacement idéal

Les pieds dans l eau

Très bon séjour dans cette jolie maisonnette à deux pas d une magnifique plage. La location est très bien située nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant , et la dame qui nous accueille est tout à fait sympathique.nous reviendrons , ce fut une belle découverte .

La proximité de la plage, le calme, l environnement très paysagé et la villa très joliment décorée font que le séjour ne peut qu'être très réussi. La clim, la propreté de la mini villa ont été très appréciées. Nous conseillons cette location.

Die Insel ist ein Traum, Lage des Häuschen sehr schön.

Das Häuschen nicht sauber, am Abend viele Mücken man kann nicht draussen sitzen. Ansonsten sehr schön und alles funktioniert.

Calme et situation impeccable pour la mer

Logement agréable et chaleureux. Les terrasses permettent de profiter de l'extérieur en toute intimité. Les climatiseurs rafraîchissent bien le logement pour passer de bonnes nuits. L'accueil est convivial et agréable que ce soit du propriétaire ou de la personne chargée de recevoir les hôtes. La situation permet de profiter de tout le sud est de la Corse (Bonifacio, les célèbres plages et la montagne comme Bevella, la forêt de l'Ospedale, les sites archéologiques...)

Un endroit plein de charme

La villa Figuier est située dans un jardin plein de charme. C’est un lieu où il fait bon vivre, au calme, et son accès à quelques mètres d’une belle plage peu fréquentée fait qu’on profite pleinement de la mer. Le confort de la literie, les terrasses où l’on peut lire au calme, le chant des oiseaux font que la détente est immédiate. C’est avec beaucoup de regrets que l’on a quitté ce petit coin de paradis qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer. On y retournera bientôt.

Parfait tout simplement

Un lieu calme idéalement placé à 2 minutes de plages propres avec peu de monde. Idéal car parking dans un espace privée. La location est suffisamment grande pour 4 nous n’étions que 3 une partie du séjour donc très bon confort évidemment. Les 2 terrasses sont ombragées sans vis à vis. La location est parfaitement équipée et bien climatisée et tout fonctionne même si le wifi est erratique et capricieux. Donc superbe avec commerces partout aux alentours si voiture évidemment. Si on peut on y retournera …

Trotz Corona ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatte das „Glück“ das Korsika während unseres Aufenthalts zum Risikogebiet erklärt wurde. Pierre, der Vermieter, ist absolut klasse. Er hat uns in Sachen Corona-Test und Rückreise sehr geholfen und die Kommunikation mit ihm war spitze. Das Haus war toll, keine 50m vom Strand entfernt, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Traumhafter Strandurlaub mit Kleinkindern

Wir haben eine Woche Strandurlaub mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie gemacht. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich sehr nah am Strand. Das Haus liegt unmittelbar an einer Hotelanlage. Abends auf der Terrasse hört man leider nicht das Rauschen von Meer, sondern das Rauschen von der umliegenden Klimaanlage der Hotelanlage. Sie hört aber auch auf zu Rauschen, so dass dann Ruhe ist. Die Häuser sind dicht an dicht, wenn alle bewohnt sind, kann man von Terrasse zu Terrasse das Wort des Hausnachbarns mithören. Wir waren Ende September, also nach der Saison da. Wir hatten den Strand an einigen Tagen für uns allein, an anderen Tagen waren vereinzelt Leute da. Das Wasser ist sehr klar, der Strand besteht aus groben Sand. Im Ganzen haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Paradisiaque

La location est située dans une résidence calme, de très jolies petites plages bordent la pointe, le tout à quelques encablures des nombreuses et magnifiques plages entre Solenzara et Bonifacio . La maison aurait néanmoins besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement. A souligner, la gentillesse de Madame Jamila .

Er wäre perfekt, wenn nicht....

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Einrichtung in herrlicher Lage. Ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der immer zur Stelle ist und unverzüglich auf Anfragen reagiert. Hierfür 5 Sterne! Die Kommunikation vor Ort mit den Ansprechpartnern ist teilweise aufgrund der Sprache (Englisch sehr eingeschränkt) schwierig und war nicht immer entgegenkommend. Es laufen sehr viele streunende Katzen in der Anlage herum, die betteln. Auch Babykatzen gab es, die nächtelang geschrien haben, weil die Mutter nicht mehr kam. Da die Häuser sehr hellhörig sind, konnten wir teilweise nicht gut schlafen. Viele Katzen sind krank. Eine Babykatze haben wir zum Tierarzt gebracht. Sie war so schlimm verletzt, dass sie eingeschläfert werden musste. An manchen Stellen, wenn man auf den Wegen läuft, riecht es sehr unangenehm, weil die Katzen dort in den Beeten ihre Geschäfte verrichten. Ein direkt in die Anlage integriertes Hotel hat am Wochenende in der Urlaubsmitte 2 Feiern ausgerichtet. In einer Nacht spielte so laut Musik, dass man bis 4 Uhr nachts nicht richtig schlafen konnte. Auch wird man vom Hotelpersonal häufig gemaßregelt, weil die Hotelgäste als VIP-Gäste einen höheren Status genießen. Man darf das Auto nicht kurzzeitig in Hausnähe parken, weil dadurch ein anreisender Hotelgast beeinträchtigt sein könnte. Auch am Strand werden Besucher gebeten den Bereich vor dem Hotel zu verlassen, da dieser den Hotelgästen vorbehalten ist und ebenso wird man gebeten den Steg zu verlassen. Allerdings muss man positiv erwähnen, dass der Eigentümer sich der Hotelproblematik bewusst ist und sich den Themen annimmt, da hier wohl Verhalten seitens des Hotels an den Tag gelegt wird, das nicht abgesprochen und in Ordnung ist. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, mit jedoch unangenehmen Bestandteilen, die man sich in einem Urlaub eher nicht wünscht. Trotz allem herzlichen Dank an Herrn Potin!

Nice authentic stay direct next to the perfect beach

Une semaine de vacances paradisiaque

Nous sommes venus 4 adultes avec un enfant de 3 ans. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans des conditions idéales pour une famille. La résidence est située sur une presqu’île entourée de la mer et d'une lagune. Le site de la résidence est calme et avec un enfant de 3 ans l'ensemble est très sécurisé. Les personnes qui assurent la réception et le départ sont adorables. La position de la villa est idéale pour faire les visites des plus beaux spots de Corse du Sud :Bonifacio, Palombagia, Pinarellu et Santa Giula. Sur place, les plages de Benenettu et Cala Rosso sont aussi très belle et propices pour baignade et plongée. Mon fils a pu faire des prises de vues avec un drone et avec toutes les autres photos prises nous avons ramené de bons souvenirs. La maison est très bien située et propose un hébergement parfait pour une famille complète. Nous prévoyons de revenir dans le futur.
