New villa nestled in the heart of the trees to the sound of cicadas. Large living room overlooking the heated swimming pool and 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. the villa is 4 km from the beautiful rivers and 3.5 km from the beach. You will also enjoy many other nautical activities. the villa is not overlooked.

Great for relaxing.

We spent over a week in the house and could really relax. The house was quiet, clean and we had everything we needed (kitchen, washing machine etc.). We spent most of our time at the pool. The location is not directly by the sea but you are completely alone and undisturbed. You can be by the sea or at a large supermarket in five minutes. The owner Marc was very helpful and easy going. It was definitely our best accommodation on our trip through Corsica.

Lovely house with pool

We had a fantastic stay in the house. Communication with owner was very good with quick response. The pool and house is in a very good condition, very recommendable. Only the minutes walking distance to the beach is not correct, it is a up and down road of approx 3,5 Kilometers. We had bikes, which was no problem. Parking at Pirellu beach is also for free with easy access to the beach (turn to the right side of the bay when you follow the road down to the beach.

Un merveilleux séjour d'une semaine dans cette magnifique villa. Maison très belle, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. Les enfants ont passé plus de temps dans la piscine que dans la maison ! Belle piscine, chaude, très bien éclairée pour nager le soir après une journée d'excursion. A quelques minutes de la magnifique plage de Pinarello. Localisation également parfaite pour les belles plages de Santa Giulia et de Palombaggia, pour Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio et les îles Lavezzi. Un grand merci à Marc pour son accueil et pour sa réactivité en cas de demande.

La maison est superbe et le terrain jardin très sauvage et authentique.Cette maison a tout pour passer un agréable séjour, il y avait même des épices, huile, vinaigre, sel, etc, à disposition. La TV fait 165 cm, piscine chauffée, volets électriques comme le portail..Et ce qui ajoute encore, Marc, l’hôte, est super arrangeant en plus d’être agréable.Bref, des vacances géniales, merci Marc.

Traumhafte Villa mit schönem Pool in ungestörter Lage. Wir waren hier wunschlos glücklich und könne die Villa als Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungsreisen in den Süden Korsikas wärmstens weiter empfehlen. PS: Eventuell wäre noch ein Wasserkocher in der Küche ein i Tüpfelchen ;-)Vielen Dank an Marc für alles.

Una vacanza splendida! La struttura è davvero molto bella e curata nei dettagli, con una confortevole piscina dotata di luci di diversi colori da poter accendere la sera e godersi un bagno cromoterapico.Marc e’ stato molto gentile e ci ha accolti calorosamente.I nostri due cani si sono trovati benissimo, dato che la casa è circondata anche da un terreno privato.Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, nella quale torneremo già il prossimo anno.

Nous avons passé agréable séjour d'une semaine dans cette belle villa . Nous étions 5 amis et nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée le matin de bonne heure et le soir après nos excursions, excellente détente après la journée.La maison est très cosy, de très belles chambres bien grandes avec salles de bain individuelles, le rêve .... et surtout ce qui est très appréciable le linge de lit et de bain fournis. Maison propre où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Celle-ci se situe dans un écrin de verdure un peu éloignée de la route et les bruits sont discrets. En voiture, vous êtes à 3 Kms des plages superbes de Pinarellu et commerces de proximité. Le propriétaire Marc est une personne très sympathique et disponible.

Fabuleux!

Maison de rêve, d’une propreté impeccable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour d’exception.Literie d’un grand confort.La jolie terrasse et la piscine chauffée sont un must .L’environnement est calme bien qu’à proximité de toutes les commodités: supermarchés, boulangerie, restaurants…Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Maison sainte Lucie proche de Porto Vecchio

Un bon moment de détente dans une maison moderne bien décorée et agréable avec son accès à la piscine rapide.Cette maison proche de la plage , à 20 minutes de Porto Vecchio à 15 minutes des magnifiques piscines naturelles .Le propriétaire Marc est disponible et met tout en œuvre pour que vos vacances se passent bien. Familienurlaub mit Hund

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Die Unterkunft war sauber und komfortabel. Der Pool ist beheizt, was für unseren Herbsturlaub ein echter Vorteil war. Die Kids fanden den Pool Spitzenklasse. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zweisprachig. Die kleine Bäckerei in der Nähe verkäuft die besten Croissant die wir jemals gegessen haben. Fazit: Ein rundum Entspannter Herbsturlaub. Vielen Dank an Herrn Arrighi für die schöne Ferienwoche.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr bequem für unsere Familie gewesen. Der Pflegezustand und die Sauberkeit des Hauses waren zufriedenstellend. Alle räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus hat einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Die Aussenanlage im Bereich der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Grundstück ist sehr naturbelassen mit sehr vielen Bäumen und Pflanzen. Im hinteren Bereich hat man praktisch einen kleinen Wald. Das Haus liegt an der Straße mit direkter Anbindung zum Meer (ca. 8 min mit dem Auto). Straßenlärm wird nicht stark wahrgenommen. Der Strand Pinarellu ist traumhaft.

évasion en famille

Merci Marc pour votre accueil, nous avons passez une semaine merveilleuse. Le logement est vraiment beau, tout équipé, sans vis à vis. Et que dire de l'île et de ses habitants? Tout simplement exceptionnels. Je recommande vraiment ce logement et nous reviendrons très bientôt.

Das direkt an einer sehr stark befahren Strasse stehenden Haus machte auf uns zunächst einen tollen Eindruck. Wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus. Leider mussten wir ziemlich schnell feststellen, daß hier wohl nach Auszug der Vormieter nur eine mäßige bis keine wirkliche Reinigung stattgefunden hat. Unter den Tischsets am Tisch lagen Brotkrümel und sogar eine Pille. Neben der Waschmaschine lagen offen Reste von Tiernahrung, im Reserveschrank sämtliche abgelaufene Lebensmittel. Am nächsten Tag stellten wir fest, daß zwei unserer gebuchten Hauptkriterien nicht übereinstimmten. Die zu Fuss erreichbare Nähe zum Strand. In der Beschreibungen mit 12 Minuten angegebenen. Wir brachen nach 30 Minuten ab. Auch die Hundefreundlichkeit mit eingezäuntem Grundstück einsprach nicht der Realität. Unser Hund konnte sich nicht sicher und frei bewegen. Weiter stellten wir am selber Tag massiven Baulärm fest welcher sich über den ganzen Urlaub zog. Alle Probleme übermittelten wir zeitgemäß dem Vermieter und an FEWO direkt in Bild und Ton welche uns auf eine Entschädigung hin trösteten. Nach mehreren Mailkontakten und Telefonaten einigten wir uns bei Zahlung nach Auszug obwohl wir gerne gleich den Zustand klären wollten. Nach Auszug wurde uns vom Vermieter gesagt, wir müssten erst eine Positive Bewertung abgeben um die Erstattung zu erhalten. Auch nach einem weiteren Telefonat mit FEWO konnte uns hier auf einmal keiner weiterhelfen und ein Mitarbeiter erklärte uns, es hätte noch schlimmer sein können.
