Magnifique séjour en Corse.

Magnifique propriété au calme avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes. Le jardin est magnifiquement arboré et la piscine vient parfaire ce cadre idyllique. La Marina avec de bons restaurants ainsi que la plage sont très proches de la maison. Quelques restrictions/précautions toutefois nous ont été communiqués à notre arrivée, un petit manuel serait peut-être plus adéquat pour pouvoir lire les informations essentielles à tête reposée. La maison est en deux parties, nous avons louer uniquement la partie basse, la partie haute était occupée par nos hôtes. Les propriétaires sont charmants et réactifs ils vous accueilleront avec bienveillance.

Très bon contact avec nos 3 locataires dynamiques et sympatiques, nous retenons l idée du livret pour les consignes d utilisation de la maison, le site web de la maison va permettre de mettre ça en ligne. L engagement pris d un tour en bateau lors de votre prochain séjour est donc confirmé.

Kein unbeschwerter Familienurlaub

Das optisch sehr ansprechende Haus ist sehr gepflegt und technisch bestens ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, elektrische Rollos, große Dusche, riesige Terrasse mit diversen Hängematten und Elektrogrill. Allerdings vermissten wir als Familie mit 2 Kindern (8 und 11 Jahre alt) von Anfang an das Gefühl der ehrlichen Gastfreundschaft und des Willkommenseins. Es wurde vorweg ein zusätzlicher mehrseitiger Mietvertrag auf postalischem Wege hin und hergeschickt, was ich bei bisher keiner Ferienhausbuchung über eine Onlineplattform in dieser Form erlebt habe. Durch die im selben Haus lebende und rund um die Uhr anwesende Vermieterin wurden wir nahezu täglich wegen eines anderen Grundes in unserem Verhalten kritisiert, sei es, dass wir die Poolzeiten nicht richtig beachtet hatte, dass die Kinder zu laut waren oder aber zu viel gespritzt hatten. Auch die Pooldüsen durften nicht länger als einen Tag genutzt werden. Die Zurechtweisungen wurden oft direkt gegenüber den Kinder ausgesprochen oder aber schriftlich per Mail über den nicht selbst anwesenden Ehemann. Wir wurden hinischtlich der Lautstärke immer mit der Nachbarschaft verglichten und hatten zum Schluss den Eindruck, dass unsere Anwesenheit am besten gar nicht auffallen sollte. Ein weiteres Manko war die Innenausstattung der Wohnung, in welcher es indoor außer den Betten keine Sitzgelegenheiten geschweige denn einen Tisch gab. Insofern konnten sich unsere Kinder als Frühaufsteher nur sehr eingeschränkt innerhalb des Hauses beschäftigen, es sei denn, sie hätten auf dem gefließten Fußboden gemalt oder gespielt. In der Küche fehlten einige Utensilien, wie z.B. Topfdeckel, Sieb, Teekanne, die eine familienfreundliche Selbstversorgung erleichtert hätten.

Vous avez oublié de chercher à comprendre ce que pouvait signifier le calme ! Dans la description de la maison, il est clairement et explicitement spécifié que l endroit est d un calme absolu et que ce calme est incompatible avec le bruit incessant génèré par l activité incessante de vos deux charmants garçons, à qui il a fallu s adresser directement lorsqu ils se sont mis à prendre la nage à contre courant pour un jouet, qui dépasse largement la caution que nous réclamons, il y avait urgence à gérer la nuisibilité potentielle de vos enfants livrés à eux même !

Très bon séjour. Magnifique maison,extérieur splendide très belle végétation. Propriétaire très charmante et accueillante. Petit bémol....Il nous a manqué la télévision pour les infos mais c'est un détail.

sejour au calme

Logement qui correspond parfaitement à la description ,endroit calme et emplacement parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillités .Nous avons été bien accueilli par des propriétaires plus que sympathique .Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous attendons avec impatience la construction de la piscine .

Le rez de jardin de la Villa Casasou occupé par une famille de 4 â 6 personnes se déroule là encore dans une belle harmonie familiale et amicale. Le calme fait partie de nos priorités, l' isolation acoustique soignée de la maison permet ainsi aux locataires du rez de jardin de profiter pleinement de leurs vacances, en toute quiétude. La piscine viendra terminer notre projet dès l'été prochain.

Wunderschönes Haus mit gehobenem Komfort

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wunderbare Terrasse und sehr nah zum Strand. Kleine Küche, aber mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Großer Garten mit Grill und Boule-Feld.

ON A HÂTE DE REVENIR

Entre mer et montagne, la Casasou offre depuis son immense terrasse suspendue dans les airs, une vue panoramique sur les Aiguilles de Bavella, les pins, la garrigue et les somptueux couchers de soleil derrière la montagne. Entre le merveilleux paysage de la terrasse du haut et les hamacs de la terrasse du bas, cela donne envie de "faire de la terrasse" pendant tout le séjour ! Mais la Casasou a plus d'un tour dans son sac, avec la magnifique plage de Pinarello à 10 minutes à pied (montre en mains) de la maison, ses eaux turquoise, son sable blanc et ses pins parasols pour être à l'ombre sans emmener de parasol. Dans la belle maison en bois et en pierre, tout est neuf, rien de manque tant au niveau de la cuisine, du salon que des chambres où la literie est excellente. Merci aux charmants propriétaires de nous accueillir dans une maison impeccable. Nous avons vraiment hâte d'y revenir. M. Houel

We have stayed two great weeks at this beautiful appartment with big terrace/garden at Corse. The appartment is well-appointed and was big enough for us two adults with our three children. There is no dining table inside the apparment but since weather conditions are usually good eating outside is nice. The beach is near and has a big parking area. It is ideal for families to swim and walk. Landlord Fréderic and landlady Melanie are very kind. While our stay Melanie lived in the appartment upstairs.

Excellent séjour à la villa Casasou

Excellent séjour en couple d'une semaine à la villa Casasou (niveau jardin). La description de l'annonce était parfaitement conforme. La construction et l'aménagement est neuf et de qualité. La climatisation est particulièrement silencieuse et appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs. Le jardin comporte de somptueux chêne lièges centenaires et un terrain de pétanque. La localisation est proche de la plage et d'excursions superbes dans le massif des aiguilles de Bavella. Le village de Pinarello est calme et sympatique, tout comme les propriétaires serviables et disponibles. Je recommande !
