The apartment - first time in March 2013- offers 3 bedrooms (all with satellite TV / flat screens and cupboards), 1 large living / dining room (satellite TV / flat screen, DVD player and mini stereo system available) with modern Kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and large refrigerator with freezer), 2 shower rooms with walk-in shower (equipped with flush-mounted radio and hairdryer) and a separate LED-illuminated heat cabin with bio-evaporator in the apartment.
Comfortable well-being is further emphasized by the ecological, resource-saving warm white LED lighting in the apartment.
In the living room area, the sofa and the TV armchair invite you to linger.
The WLAN use rounds off the amenities for them.
The residential unit extends over 2 levels (ground floor and basement), which can be reached with the elevator in the house without using stairs.
