Listing is for Room 4, 1 Separate entrance room on your patio .1 Queen size bed , 1 futon. walk in shower bathroom . Located on a rural retreat of serenity over looking open rolling hills . There is plenty of room on my land and large yard for each of the 4 rooms to have privacy. Beach themed rooms. 50" Smart Tvs. I have yard games,s, bon fires , waterfall pond , grills for cooking and serenity to offer. I’m based in Brook Park just over an hour north of the cities out in the country. Nearby is Hinckley Casino , state parks, horseback riding, Vasselopa skiing , movies, fishing, hunting, lakes, shopping , wineries, golf, bowling and much more. I live a ways behind this building in my home so after check in you have your privacy. I am licensed and state inspected. There is plenty of room on my land and in the yard for each room to have privacy outside .
DOGS: I will allow a preapproved (I must meet) spayed/neutered dog. Must be trained/socialized/friendly with people and cats (my cats are friendly and do come around) Pet cleaning fee extra. Must clean up after defecation. Never left in room alone or to bark, always to be on a 6ft leash and to not walk up to other guests. You will financially be responsible for any and all damages the animal causes (including flea eradication) . $20 night pet fee. NO barking.
Kayak rental: I will drop you off and pick you up at the local river or lake for 2-4 hours. You are liable for any damage, minus a few rock scuffs on the bottom of kayak. I will also provide life jacket, ore and a bottled drink. extra $40 each.
Copy of credit card needed for dog or kayak rental.
