About this property

Tents, Car Campers, and RVers Welcome!

This is for a gravel lot in a quiet residential neighborhood facing the mountains. Less than 5 mins drive from Hwy 50/ Royal Gorge Rd. Up to a 44 foot 5th wheel can make the circle drive as that's what I have. I have been working on clearing the yard to make things more convenient for fellow RVers. So, it's the reason for the discounted rate. Enjoy mountain and city views North and South. Tent and Tiny Houses welcome too!
Great for overnight guests passing through or inquire for longer stays.
