Welcome, captain, to your paradise under the sea. Your newly renovated 3-bedroom house is set to sail, docked and ready to go in Southern Orchards.

Inside, you’ll find a game room complete with arcade machines, shuffleboard, and skeeball. Each bedroom has an adjustable bed and 55-inch smart TV.

Your private fenced backyard comes with a grill, patio seating, and a bocce ball court.

• Three bedrooms, one bathroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the second floor.
• Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, with access to any of your streaming subscriptions and complementary Hulu TV service.
• Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.
• Game room includes arcade cabinets, skeeball, and shuffleboard.
• Fenced-in backyard, great for pets.
• Off street parking for two cars in the garage. Plenty of on street parking if you need more room.
• Clean towels and linens are provided.

15% off stays of seven nights or more. 15 min to airport, 10 min to OSU, and 5 min to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Guest will have access to entire house, apart from a number of closets where we store supplies. We value the privacy of our guests, but are available by message or phone call if you need any assistance.

Southern Orchards is a developing urban neighborhood near Nationwide Children’s hospital undergoing rapid redevelopment. It's a diverse area, and its central location makes it easy to get anywhere around Columbus.

CHECK IN: Check in is at 4 PM or later.

CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11 AM

PARKING: On street parking in front of the house. We also have a two-car garage, but you will need to enter the garage through the back yard in order to open the garage door.

CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front porch and back exterior wall of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.

The location was very convenient--close to downtown and German Village and across the street from a park. It was quiet and comfortable. It's not spacious but was comfortable for 3 adults and a small dog. The backyard was big and our dog loved it.We had no issues.

What a fun property!

This place was perfect for the people we had staying. The game room was a hit for all ages. The backyard was spacious. The Host was always available if needed and responded within minutes. The park across the street was nice however sometimes there would be kids physically fighting and some kids left their trash everywhere (but that’s not on this host!). I would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Issues but being addressed

There were some issues with the property during our stay. Property owner was very nice and plans to address the issues. He was very easy to get ahold of. It was unfortunate that we had so many issues during our stay. It appears the former renters did not follow the rules or the cleaners didn’t do their job correctly. I have full faith the issues we encountered will be addressed.

A Home-run House

This was a great house to stay in for our state tournament. It was close to the field and was a great place to relax in between. My teenagers absolutely loved the game room and the beds were really comfortable. The two car garage was wonderful so we could leave our gear in the car.

Amazing property

We definitely enjoyed our stay. This is a very nice home as it has so many updates. I love the fact that it was pet friendly. The check in process was very convenient. Our kids loved the game room and the adjustable beds. The smart TVs on the wall in every room was also a plus. The owners were very responsive and great to deal with.
