Quiet area of Carnac beach, 300 m from the beach and shops, supermarket 600 m, Thalassotherapy and Yacht club 600m.
On the 2nd and last floor in small private building, duplex apartment of 85 m² attic.
Entrance distributing: Living room/ lounge, 2 French doors on balustrade, 1 bed-cozy 1 place in 90cm, armchair, television. Kitchen with 2 fires + 2 plates, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, dryer cabinet.
1 bedroom 1 double bed 140cm. 1 mezzanine bedroom open to the living room 1 double bed 130cm. Bathroom with shower and sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
Maximum 5 people.
Garden in common.
Pets not allowed.

Arrival: 16h-18h Please inform in case of late arrival.

Lovely Location

I was very impressed by this property. A large, comfortable lounge & dining room, the kitchen had everything with all equipment plus cutlery, crockery, utensils+ pans, etc. The bedrooms are fine and the WC + shower rooms worked well. Carnac itself is excellent, with close access to the sea plus local shops, restaurants and a further walk to the village centre accessed the Prehistory Museum, a lager Tourist Office + larger shops and restaurants. The stones are well worth seeing plus there are further sites in near proximity. But the area has Quiberon, Auray and the Morbihan Gulf which are all worth visiting - you'll need a car. I can't wait to plan my return.

L’appartement est un bric-à-vrac d’objets sentant le renfermé. Poussièreux et vieillot Les escaliers sont franchement dangereux et une chambre est tellement mansardée qu’il est impossible de s’y déplacer debout avec des poutres qui barrent le passage. Aucun espace extérieur utilisable. L’impression d’avoir passé des vacances dans la réserve d’un dépôt-ventre… sinistre.
