Spacious 3 level lake front condo on Lake Charlevoix!

This beautiful 3 story unit is spacious enough for one large or two small families. Relax on the lake level patio while the kids jump off the dock into the shared swimming area or enjoy the view while dining from the 2nd floor deck. An automatic awning makes this the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while looking out over the serene South Arm of Lake Charlevoix.
This unit features 3 bedrooms on the top floor (one master with an on suite, one queen bedroom, one bedroom thith a king or 2 twin beds and a shared access full bath). The main floor features a full bath for increased capacity of guest showers, an open kitchen with a new french door refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher, bar seating for four, and dining table for six. The open living room features a 3 piece seating set and a 54" Smart TV with basic cable and free WiFi. The lower level features a full bath and a spacious living room with plenty of room to spread out. 2 full size Murphy beds and 2 twins or push the twins togwther for 1 king. Set a movie up for them on the 54" Smart TV or enjoy a campfire on the lawn with the portable fire pit. A wet bar makes serving up lake side drinks a breeze. The unit also features a full size washer and dryer on this level. Explore the beautiful and calm waters of the South Arm, accessible right off our dock or from the shared swimming area. Nearby Summertime Rentals LLC. offer jet ski and powerboat rentals daily.

Great Location for a ski vacation

The condo was very spacious and comfortable for 2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids. The condo was located in a perfect location for skiing at Boyne & Shanty Creek. Also, located within 45 minutes of Nub's Nob. The owner communicated very well and was extremely accomodating.

Loved it!

The house was clean, easily accessible, and prepared with anything we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and even provided a booklet with information about the area. There was a ring camera that overlooked the balcony with a sticker saying “do not shut off”, which seemed weird and an invasion of privacy, but other than that it was a great place to stay for our Boyne Ski weekend. Definitely would stay again!

Beautiful condo on Lake Charlevoix!!!

This place is beautiful, right on Lake Charlevoix and only a couple of miles to East Jordan. We went up for a wedding that was at Castle Farms and it was only 15 minutes or so away.

Cami and Kevin are awesome, responsive hosts. Condo is clean, comfortable, and family friendly. The view is fantastic. You may want to ask questions about dock access pending your situation. We had a great time!

Great family accommodations!

Very spacious and nicely furnished. Our family never felt crowded. It is close to a busy road and the water so young children should be watched at all times. But we had a great time!
