Lots of space- we had 6 adults and plenty of privacy. Enjoyed hanging out in the outdoor area. Living areas and kitchen were very comfortable as well.

The historic barn was the perfect setting for our sunset sweet 16 birthday celebration. The property is full of amenities with a wonderfully stocked kitchen, TVs everywhere, and plenty of indoor and outdoor games. While it's not as secluded as we thought it would be, it still feels very private. The owners were also friendly and accommodating. They live on site, but you hardly notice. Thank you for sharing your beautiful guest house with us.

Gorgeous home, very unique, all of the special touches throughout the home make it very special. Loved the master bath, kitchen and outdoor area. Plenty of room to hang out with friends and family. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Fort Collins. Oh the T.V. room downstairs is awesome.

Communication was excellent and the property was perfect to celebrate our CSU grad. Lots of space, great kitchen and great space to hang out. Downstairs is not for the feeble as the stairs are fun and steep. The ping pong table was a bonus and so fun to hang out at the fire pit. Highly recommend if you are in Fort Collins. We will be back!

Amazing stay!

We all loved staying here. The kids had so much fun and so did the adults! This place is full stocked with everything you need and is so beautiful! I was so sad to leave since we made tons of great memories here. Can’t wait to come back down the road!

Unique and Fun Stay

The touches around the property were so unique and there was plenty of room for my larger group to spread out. The house was clean and the hosts were very accommodating and great at communicating.

Our favorite place in Colorado!

We love the barn. The location is perfect, amenities are great, and hosts are so kind. It is the best place for a Ft. Collins getaway, especially if you have students who attend CSU.
