With its 4 bedrooms, enclosed courtyard, and large outbuilding serving as a game room and gathering space, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends, not far from numerous tourist attractions.
An ideal location for visiting the famous Cadre Noir in Saumur, the wine cellars, the troglodyte sites, the picturesque villages of Turquant and Montsoreau, the vineyards, and Fontevraud Abbey.

Water sports on the Loire or the Thouet rivers; plenty of opportunities for hiking, walking, and biking. Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, Armored Vehicle Museum, and Mushroom Museum.
