Great home in a great location!

We always love visiting the Achensee area, and this was a great home to use as a base. Clean, well equipped and with a great view of valley, mountains and the lake in the distance.

Excellent Holiday

This house is in a wonderful location for all sorts of outdoor activities, but best of all is the accommodation, which has every convenience covered, and a fabulous, ever changing view of the valley. Ingo is excellent to work with; the comprehensive arrival, house and activity information is so helpful, and the on site managers are lovely and helpful, but unobtrusive. So much to see and do in this lovely location. This comfortable house is worth every one of the five stars.

Great Memories

My wife and I are from the US, and the hardest part of this trip was leaving. We were here for two weeks from January into February, and the home was nothing short of spectacular. The cleanliness, layout, and everything you could possibly need were provided. We spent every day hiking or snowshoeing. We explored the beautiful local trails and also ventured into the mountaintops via one of the three local gondolas. Each day ended with a delicious meal at the Seealm restaurant. The charming village of Achenkirch is a collection of stunning Tyrolean structures with very friendly inhabitants. We will be back. Maybe in the summer? It will be hard to top the beauty of the winter landscape.

Wunderschöne Umgebung, viele interessante unternehmungsmöglichkeiten auch beim schlechten Wetter. Liebe und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner direkt nebenan. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Dankeschön für eine tolle Zeit.

Wintersport in Achenkirch

Geweldige locatie, heerlijk dichtbij (8 min lopen) de piste/liften. Huis is van alle gemakken en uitrustingen voorzien. Parkeren in een eigen garage. In de nabijheid voldoende voorzieningen (supermarkt, bakker en restaurants) alles binnen 10 minuten rijden. Leuk pizza restaurant binnen 10 min lopen.

Wunderschöne Gegend

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, das Ferienhaus war super , es war sauber und alles da was man was braucht. das Haus selbst war schön gelegen, man konnte ins Tal gucken und auf die Berge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden im Ort. Innsbruck, Bad Tölz, das Filmdorf vom Bergdoktor nicht weit. Im Sommer, so wie im Winter Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen, auch mit Kindern. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Urlaubsquartier. Schöne Lage am Hang. Von Terrasse und Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und hinunter in Tal bis zum Achensee. Wirklich komplett ausgestattete Küche, großzügiger Wohnbereich und 2 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Die netten Nachbarn sind gern behilflich mit Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Exceptional

This is an truly exceptional property. It has been thoughtfully and stylishly equipped throughout with top quality fixtures, with everything you could wish for provided. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and have expansive and beautiful views down the valley. The garden, though small, is well maintained and surprisingly private and quiet given the location of the house within an small group of others. We were made very welcome by the next-door neighbours who were most friendly and attentive. The area itself is well positioned not only for local walks but also trips further afield. Restaurants and cafes are an easy walk away.

Tolles Haus, bestens ausgestattet und wunderbare Lage. Viele Wanderwege gehen direkt vom Haus aus, Skilift und Loipen zu Fuß erreichbar, See in Sichtweite. Wundervolle Aussicht vom Haus auf See und Berge. Die Nachbarn, die das Haus betreuen, waren in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit und nett. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt per Email zum Hausbesitzer. Super schöner Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche dort! Eine Unterkunft die absolut zu empfehlen ist! Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt und ist perfekt gelegen sowohl für die Wintersaison mit Wintersport als auch für die Sommersaison für schöne Wanderungen in direkter und naher Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr, sehr gut ab! Die Nachbarn sind ebenfalls äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren zu viert ,für zwei Wochen, im September in diesem schönen Ferienhaus, welches mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Balkon. Besonders möchte ich auch die herzlichen Nachbarn Frau und Herrn Narr erwähnen, die uns super herzlich empfangen haben. Ebenso auch für die netten Gespräche hier ein liebes Dankeschön. Wir können dieses Haus mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Einem traumhaften Urlaub steht nichts im Wege. Wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles. Und liebe Grüße aus dem Sauerland

Einfach nur traumhaft

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer traumhaft schönen Lage. Das Haus steht auf einer Anhöhe und dadurch hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge rund um den Achensee. Das Haus selbst bietet viel Platz und ist sehr hochwertig und vollständig ausgestattet. Toll fanden wir auch die Möglichkeit das man sowohl auf einer Terrasse als auch ganz oben auf einem Balkon draußen sitzen kann. Ein weiteres Highlight war ein nagelneuer Kaffee-Vollautomat - auch noch genau das Modell was wir zu Hause haben 😊 Sehr schön fanden wir auch eine Mappe im Haus mit vielen Informationen, Wanderungen und Tipps. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir per Email einen sehr netten Kontakt. Auch die Nachbarn zum Haus waren sehr nett und hatten immer wieder gefragt ob alles gut ist. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden sicher nochmal kommen.

Top Urlaub in den Bergen

Wunderbares Haus in phantastischer Lage mit hervorragenden Ausblick. Sehr schöne Ausflüge möglich (Wandern, Gleitschirmflug, Salzburg, Innsbruck, toller Achensee...). Das Haus hat eine Top Ausstattung. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wirklich kleiner Wermutstropfen...ein Hinweis das die Benutzung des Kamins ab Mai nicht möglich ist wäre schön gewesen).Sonst alles perfekt.

Wie zu Hause :-)

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal hier und auch wieder rundum zufrieden! Es ist wie nach Hause kommen und einfach sehr, sehr angenehm. Auch mal zu erwähnen sind die absolut freundlichen Hausverwalter (Nachbarn). Alles bestens und 5 Sterne wert.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr schön über 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Das Wohnzimmer unterm Dach ist sehr gemütlich. Der Ausblick ist richtig toll. Wir haben dort ein paar schöne Herbsttage verbracht und werden gern wiederkommen
