BEWARE!! This house is not what it appears.
I rented this house for my sons 5th birthday in Disney and when I say this house is nothing like I thought It would be. The pictures online are very very deceiving. There was nothing “gold standard” about this house. Holes in the walls, kitchen and dining area smelled like pure cat piss! The smell was so bad. Couch smelled like sour milk with Stains all over it. Who puts a microfiber couch in a rental property. So unsanitary. The area rug was FILTHY!! The throw pillows were full of a million black lint balls. The coffee table was rusted. The table on the back patio was all broken with pieces sticking out the table and the chairs. The wicker was broken in pieces on the table and chair. My son found a rusted thumb tact on the ground when he stepped out the pool. He was inches away from stepping on it. None of the house remotes had backs on them. The outlets by the beds didn’t work at all. I had to charge my phone across the room or in the hallway. The pictures online really need to be adjusted because the house was nothing I or My family expected. The house should say it holds 5 people because the living couch can only sit 3 people. Can’t even have family time in the living area because the couch was too small and smelled disgusting. Who wants to smell sour milk when they sit on a couch. OMG, the area rug was disgusting!! I just couldn’t believe how dirty it was. I have Pictures and videos of EVERYTHING. What was supposed to be white walls were so dirty. A little touch paint would go along way or at least use satin or eggshell paint instead of Flat paint. The carpet in the hallway and steps needed to be shampooed. The area rug in the living room can be trashed immediately. I’m sure Home Goods has more to choose from They used tapes to hold the edges down on the area rug because we were tripping on the bent up corners. The cat smell reeked throughout the kitchen that we had to eat standing up. The smell poured from the island in the kitchen. I I took pics and videos when I arrived And right before we left because I couldn’t believe how bad my experience was. NEVER AGAIN! Oh I can’t forget how I paid For the pool to be heated for the first 3 days and the first day it wasn’t even heated. My son had to get in an ice cold pool. Then I couldn’t get in touch with anyone during the my trip. After k checked in, I was Unable to reach anyone about my concerns. Major fixes need to be made to that house before renting again like fixing the holes in walls!
