This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4- bath home is professionally decorated with all the comforts of home. The spacious home includes a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is dining seating for 8 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar; we also include a high chair for your little one to dine! All cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience.

Lounge around after a long day at the parks in the open floor plan gathering room featuring 2 sofas and a projector. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy your very own private Splash Pool with screened enclosure that also has a 1/2 bath.

Spend time and check out the amazing 8-acre resort and two-story, 13,000 square foot clubhouse and amenity center. Includes a full-service restaurant and bar, sundries store, state-of-the art fitness center, and outdoor fitness lawn. Your kids can spend time in the teen zone, enjoying the video arcade games and hang-out areas. Cool off in the pool area, complete with splash pads, cabanas, and water slides anchored by the expansive heated zero-entry pool that's perfect for families of all ages. Be sure to visit the ice cream and coffee cafes! Experience the new state of the art surf/wakeboard simulator, the Flow-Rider. You will also find a full-size sand volleyball court, a full-size soccer field with stadium seating, and a basketball court. Children will enjoy the playground area and there is a walking trail for all ages.

** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

We stayed for over a week as we went to both the Disney and Universal parks during our visit. House was clean with comfortable beds and couches. Pool temperature with heating was perfect. Host was quick to respond to any question or issue that arose even with the Holidays occurring. The home is closely located near a variety of stores to get all the supplies and food you need for your stay. The Disney parks were about 20-30 minutes with traffic and Universal parks were 30-45 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. The community has a large community pool, full court basketball, sand volleyball, and a soccer field with goals. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Great place for family connect

Wonderful stay away and in the middle of many attractions (Springs to the west, Cape Canaveral to the east) but down the road from all of the amusement parks. The resort area was secure, clean and very well maintained! The property was large enough for our entire family and cozy enough for family time. The pool was wonderful and we spent most of our time relaxing around it! There were stores and restaurants within a couple of minute drive and once we learned some of the alternate routes to and from Disney / Convention Center... it made it very easy.Highly recommend!

There were some issues to work through with our stay, but Emily and the staff were more than accommodating and expeditious with responses. If you are planning on a stay in the Orlando area, I would recommend you consider a stay at Solara. It is a great option!

Great family vacation home in Kissimmee

We had a great family vacation. The house is perfect location to visit all the parks around Orlando. House is just as described. Beds are comfortable although kitchen is very minimally equipped. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was lovely. Area is very busy and traffic very slow at times.

Overall good home. Lots of space and storage. No baking sheet or pizza trays, some cable boxes were difficult to operate and the media center seemed to be missing a remote. There were plenty of towels for bathrooms, blankets and the pool was nice. Manager was very responsive to any questions that I had.

Perfect Vacation Home!

We loved this vacation home and had a wonderful stay. Very close to the parks and stores. The house was very clean and had lots of room for our family. The community was amazing and loved going to the pool and ordering food and drinks. The splash pad and park was a hit with our kids. I highly recommend paying to heat the pool - it was the best decision we made and felt like we were swimming in bath water! The kids loved it :) I would love to stay here again and can't wait to return! Emily was so helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Thank you!

Vacation Spot

The house was located in a nice area. It was missing towels for the kitchen along with hand towels and washcloths for the bathrooms. We had to buy a rug for the bathroom because it was slippery without one. I would say that it needs to be updated with basic needs. You can tell that it is a rental house with the furniture as well.

Vacation 2022

Vacation 2022 was a wonderful trip. The home is very accurate to the photo’s. There were a few little issues that are should be addressed. The pool & jacuzzi area needs to be treated with the dead weeds, there also was not a pool net to clean the pool. Overall the home was large enough to accommodate my family. The club house area and wave pool on the property was also a bonus. I stayed on this resort last year with our family Solara Resort is a #1 place for our family to stay during our Disney Vacations.

Relaxing and fantastic!

Our family truly enjoyed this home. The open concept kept the conversation going and the pool and spa relaxed everyone after a full day at parks, shopping, or the Kennedy Space Centre. Surfing right in the resort was terrific. Several walk paths available. The photos don’t show that there’s a privacy fence in the backyard. Our only concern was that the sink and tub in the first floor bathroom didn’t drain well. Actually took a few hours to drain. Our family vacations in Florida every year and we hope to return to Solara.

This place was wonderful!

Emily was very communicative and her response time was quick! This home was very spacious and the older teens really enjoyed the loft with the projector as well as the pool! The hot tub was really hot which I loved! My grandson loved the splash pad within the resort! With COVID you have to schedule your splash time and they do fill up fast! The home is not far from the pool. The flow rider was open but they do charge 30 per hr per person during COVID normally you could pay for a weekly pass and be done with it! The community pool is spacious and we enjoyed that to never had a problem getting in there or with over crowdedness. The home was well equipped with everything you needed. My only suggestion would be maybe more wash clothes but that’s nothing compared to what the home offered! We loved it and would stay there again in a heart beat!

Great Place

This place was GREAT. Definitely better than a hotel. It was spacious, lots of room for my family of 6 to spread out. We stayed in the small downstairs guest room and left the kids to each have a room upstairs. Kitchen is big. Pool and hot tub is the best thing. We opted for the pool heat, and it was def worth it esp at night after a long day at the park. They do give you a started kit of supplies, but bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We ran out and I was glad I always bring that. The only negative is the projector screen. I even went to Target to buy an HDMI converter. I couldn't get anything to stream from my iPad or phone onto the screen, and I didn't feel comfortable logging into any of my accounts through their blu ray player. The port through that would not connect to the screen either. So the kids were not able to watch movies, just YouTube every night. But overall it was good. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

My wife and our two small (under 5) children had a fantastic stay at the 9037 Villa. The home was clean and tasteful, the value was excellent, and the amenities of the resort were awesome. We spent tons of time at the playground and small water playground was excellent for small kids who can’t swim yet. The villa pool and hot tub were great, we spent a ton of time there too. Overall we found the villa to be as advertised and it was a great experience. My only feedback is that the kitchen was a little under stocked compared to similar rentals we’ve stayed at in the past. There weren’t any dish towels, measuring cups, and coffee filters in the kitchen, and there was only a single hand towel per bathroom. Adding these things might be good. One other thing that really impressed us was that this was a big rental, especially for the price, we could easily have had another family of our size stay with us and been totally comfortable. The two masters on different levels and the multiple living spaces make this a great option for a two family rental. I also noticed that there’s a new east-west road under construction just north of the resort, once this opens it’ll greatly speed access to the grocery store and restaurants on route 27 making this an even better location. All in all this was absolutely a 5 star stay and I’m hoping to be able to rent it with another family next time we’re able to make it to the Orlando area.
