Welcome to the LEGEND

This spacious 5-bedroom villa features: 1 Master bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the pool. Second Master bedroom with king bed and direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. The fourth bathroom is located in between the two twin rooms. All bedrooms have LED TVs.

Highchair, strollers, and pack n play are also provided in villa.

Enjoy the screened in private pool and spa, spacious covered lanai with lounges, table, chair and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65-inch LED TV.

There is a breakfast bar, kitchen nook and formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a full-size top of the line washer and dryer. There is an awesome billiards/game room. Linens and towels are provided. Cable and wireless internet are included.

Nearby Attractions: Animal Kingdom (5-6 minutes away), Holly wood studios, magic kingdom, Epcot, Typhon Lagoon, Blizzard beach, Downtown Disney featuring Cirque du Soleil within 5 miles. Universal studio, Islands of adventure, Harry potter and City walk all 20 minuets away. Sea World, Aquatica, Discover cove all 15 minuets away. Mystic doons golf course 1 mile away. Premium outlet mall 15 minutes away.

The villa has been updated and professionally decorated. You will be treated to fresh linens in all bedrooms and new furniture throughout the villa. The fun filled game room will keep you occupied for hours. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded with new granite counter tops, sinks, faucets and stainless-steel appliances. You can fill your water bottles with cold filtered water from the fridge. Your stay at the legend will be legendary.

We absolutely loved this property! Very comfortable and very quiet. The check-in process so very easy and we have great communication with the owners. We had one issue with the spa that they took care of immediately. The location is very close to Disney parks. We loved the pool and game room which were great after a long day at the parks! We will definitely be back!

Everything you need

Property was in a great location. We accessed 4 Disney/2 Universal parks with ease. Close to restaurants and stores for anything and everything you could want of need. Pictures are an accurate representation of the home, it’s very clean and with modern decor. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to any issue or question that arose during our stay.

A great home

Took a quick trip to Florida with family and friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. First, Jessie was great at communicating with us and making sure everything was perfect. The private pool and hot tub was amazing after a long day exploring, as well as the cool garage full of games. It’s perfect for a big family getaway with an awesome open living room and kitchen to host for all your friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

This was by far the cleanest home we have ever rented!!! The attention to detail is very noticeable! Superb communication with renter also!! When we arrived in Orlando my son was sick with a terrible migraine… we were able to get into the home 2 hours early. I can’t thank Jessie enough!! We will be back!

Awesome in every way!

From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much the owner cares about keeping the property well maintained. It was VERY clean and it has everything you need! There was plenty of space for all 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children/teens) with the 3 main bedrooms and the two bedrooms with twin beds for the kids. The pool was immaculate (cleaned every Friday and the person who cleans the pool was very friendly and took great pride in his work). The neighborhood is great - neighbors were very friendly and would say hi when walking around the neighborhood. House is very secure with a keypad and alarm system. This was, by far, the best house we have stayed at since renting through VRBO. We want to thank Jessie for sharing the home with our family and being so accommodating and caring.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

This property's location makes a great base to explore the Orlando area. 10 minutes from Disney parks and about a half hour to Universal depending on traffic. There are a large amount of restaurants in the nearby area off of Hwy 192 for any taste. A Publix and Walmart are only minutes away. The Publix is way less busy. The home is well kept and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking if you choose to do that. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool area has a privacy fence around it. It was nice to come home from the parks and relax in the pool or hot tub. All in all, this home is a great way to avoid a busy or noisy hotel or motel experience. I've stayed at Disney resorts and while they are nice, there is nothing better than peace and quiet which this home provides. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Five Stars – A Fantastic Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Located in a quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect retreat after busy days at the parks. One of our favorite features was the screened-in outdoor area—it was the ideal spot to relax in the evenings. We also loved taking a refreshing swim in the pool, which was a real treat after long, active days.The house itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well laid out. It was spacious throughout, and the large, quiet bedrooms made for a restful night’s sleep. The beds were very comfortable!Jessie was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Orlando, we would absolutely love to stay here again. This is an outstanding property, and we highly recommend it!

Relaxing and Fun!

My family and cousin’s family (4 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 8-12) had a wonderful stay here. The home was in a quiet neighborhood not too far from restaurants/ shopping or Disney and other parks. The home was very clean, the layout was nice, and the kids loved the game room and pool. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after long days walking around. We enjoyed our stay here and were just sorry we had to leave! Would definitely recommend!

Winter golf break

The house was perfect for our getaway weekend. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub to come home to. The were comfortable and met all our needs. So much nicer then staying in a hotel.

Everything was great!

Everything was as pictured. Everything was super clean!!!!! The host was great, very attentive. We did want to check in 30 minutes early , but host said check in is at 3:55, which is fair, but come on, really? That’s the only semi minor thing we had, but it was on agreement. Only writing that, for awareness.
