This non-smoking home features a large king bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Queen bedroom, and a special Mickey room which features a full size bed plus a bunk bed. The home comes equipped with everything you need for a stress-free vacation including free WIFI (great for remote working), dishes, towels, linens, and appliances all for your use. There are TVs in every room including the giant 65 inch in the enhanced Star Wars themed game room. Tile throughout means you will experience a clean and low allergen environment. The wide entry and no stairs throughout make the property wheelchair accessible to enter and exit. The pool at this home offers privacy with its hedge on both sides of the house and an underwater light for night swimming! It also has an assortment of pool toys including a basketball hoop.

Finally, take advantage of the available resort style amenities with a short walk (2 blocks) to the expansive sun deck and pool with water feature, spa, arcade, theater, playground, tennis and basketball courts, and so much more!

This home is minutes away from Disney and a short drive to other attractions such as Universal Studios, Sea World, Lego Land, Water Parks, beaches, airport and so much more.

It was a wonderful experience. Clean and safe neighborhood. 10 - 20 minutes from whatever you could possibly want as well as the different Disney theme parks. The owner was incredibly kind and responded promptly to all my questions before and during my stay. The house was clean and ready for stay as soon as my family and I walked through the door as well. I definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to stay!

This home was a dream for our family vacation to Disney World. The delightful Disney decor set the mood for our stay and we enjoyed swimming in the clean and comfortable pool. . would stay here again.

Beautiful!

The home is absolutely beautiful! It was very comfortable and we felt so at home the entire time we were there. The game room was absolutely wonderful for the times when it was storming and we couldn’t get in the pool. The only downside was that we had to wash some of the dishes before using them because previous renters did not wash them properly, but that wasn’t a big deal. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with.

Property is just like the pictures shown. Everything is in the house to make your stay easy. Pool is great - the basketball goal was a big hit for my boys. Excellent communication. We had an issue to come up and the communication was immediate. The issue was corrected within 3 hours. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Christmas in Florida

We spent Christmas here! The house was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and the pool was an added bonus (we paid the extra to have it heated & enjoyed swimming in it every day)! The resort was very nice and the location of the property to Disney was fantastic! We had a great time and would highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our stay

My husband and I, my daughter and son in law, and three grandkids stayed ten days. This house was perfect for us. There were some minor issues but they were quickly resolved by the host/property manager. The kids loved the pool. It was warm enough because of the hot weather so it was not necessary to get it heated.

The best stay for our first family vacation in Florida

This place was perfection for our young family. Not only was it such a convenient distance from Disney, it also had so many extras that made travelling with our baby and 5 year old so much easier, like a travel crib and high chair. I also loved the lay out of the game room which allowed us to enjoy movies at night away from the sleeping kiddos. The pool and the club house were just perfect for quick dips or full pool days. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place!!! We will definitely be back!!

A great place to stay

We stayed at Tyler’s house for 2 weeks and we really loved our experience. The house was beyond our expectations, very clean and all that we needed was there. The pool area is really fun to relax and secure since there are alarms on the doors. The neighborhood is calm and nice but you have to have a car to go out. However, there are a lot of stores, restaurants and Disney of course at about 10 min by car. In summary, we really enjoy our vacation here and appreciated the kindness and rapid response of the host whenever we had questions.

Great Stay at Chilla Villa

Tyler was always available if my family and I had a question about booking and the home. The house was clean and very beautiful. To ensure that we stayed health, we were even provided Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, and hand soap. That meant a lot to my family and I with us being a pandemic. The game/movie room was a big hit to our teenage sons. The property was close to restaurants and Walmart as well as very closed to the parks. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Florida.

Family Disney trip

House was clean, plenty of pool towels, both a keurig coffee maker and a regular one. Only a couple miles from super Walmart and on roads with minimal traffic. Easy in and out and short drive to the main drag with all the restaurants, gift shops and Disney. All tile floors so you know it’s clean and furniture was also all wipeable surfaces. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Pool area was clean with nice lounge chairs, pool toys, and a couple life jackets. Even a door from the pool area into the master bath so water isn’t tracked all thru the house. We were very happy with the arrangements and would recommend staying there.

A longer stay sometimes uncovers issues short term renters don’t care about.

This rental property is everything that is advertised however, there were a few hiccups from the start. This review is not a laundry list of problems but rather an observation over the 11 week rental period. The house physically is located in a gated community with all the amenities and close to Disney. First impression was that the home required a deep cleaning and a fair amount of paint touch up as previous renters showed little regard for other peoples property. The ensuite bathroom requires upgrading for the obvious reasons when moisture is present. The very well stocked kitchen needs updating as it appears original and the dishwasher although functional is quite noisy. Pollen was caked on the sides of the pool and the water level was just 1/4” above the skimmer when we arrived. Pool maintenance was required to fix an air leak and change the dirty pool filter. Sugar ants were a kitchen issue but timely pest control (3x) action finally solved the problem. The owner was quick in response to needs and issues were solved with expediency. A suggestion would be that a more hands on approach by the Property Manager in overseeing overall condition and routine maintenance. Closer attention to current and potential issues should be communicated to the owners quickly, in order that these issues can be solved in advance so a customer doesn’t waste valuable vacation time bringing the home into a livable state. A quick partial refund from the owner was appreciated. 6/10

Beautiful property. The only thing that was not good was the quality of the mattresses. The beds were all hard and very uncomfortable. There was one bed comfortable and it was one of the bunk beds. I would highly recommend the improve the quality and comfort of the beds.

It was a good stay

Overall, it was a good stay. The door alarms were a bit nerve wrecking but I understand why they are needed. The area was safe and majority of the time quiet when the neighbors kids aren’t in the pool playing. Some areas are a tad outdated and the main bedroom was a little warmer than others. My husband loved it, that’s all that matters because he paid for it :-)
