Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Log out of all apps on the TVs and XBox, and return remotes to original places.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No third-party bookings. Driver's license and full names of everyone (incl. children) in the party is required for entry into the resort.
Use of cigarettes/marijuana/vaping/hookah on/in the property is prohibited. Violators will be ejected without a refund and fined $300 for cleaning.
Guest must sign the Club 34 Windsor Hills Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancelation of the booking.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great location with nearby stores and it was so close to Disney! The check-in process was easy with great communication from the owner ahead of time. The property was family friendly, they even had a step stool in the children’s bathroom and added a toddler rail for my little one on the bottom bunk. The Harry Potter room is a definitely a fan experience, I loved it!

Really enjoyed our week staying here. Great location if you are spending time at Disney. Plunge pool was a hit after park days and the themed rooms were a good feature. Definitely would consider staying here again in the future.

Florida vacation

From start to finish our host was outstanding. Communication was on point from the time of us booking, to any questions that came up before our arrival, and during our stay. The townhome was very spacious and comfortable for everyone. Very clean and so very well decorated. Loved that it featured all of our favorites. Bonus points was the plunge pool on those very hot days. Location was very convenient and a short drive just to about anywhere. We will definitely be back again!

This was the perfect choice for our 1st family trip to Disney…from making the reservation, to important prompt communications with/from the host, a clean, quiet safe community, an immaculate well-appointed home with a private pool…what more could anyone ask for? So wonderful!

We loved staying at Club 34!! It was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house was very comfy and clean. It was so convenient to get to Disney!! We loved playing at the resort on a couple of the days, and enjoyed the small plunge pool at the house. I'd highly recommend it to friends and family. Hopefully we can make it back soon!

We enjoyed the stay here!! It was super easy to check in and check out and my kids loved the Avengers room. I’m a HUGE Harry Potter and I instantly fell in love with the themed room. 10/10 recommend and would definitely book again if it’s available on my next Orlando stay.

Home away from home

This is the second time staying at this home. We have always loved the area and this home just feels like home as soon as we walk through the door. My kids are familiar with the layout, they enjoy the bunk beds, game chairs and the decor. I love the cleanliness of the property, including the pool area. Communication is always pleasant as well as quick. I would recommend this home to anyone

Beautiful home

Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Theme rooms were super cute especially the Harry Potter bedroom. We spent most of our time at the parks so didn't get to enjoy the large pool, water slides and other amenities, but we did utilize the small private pool and the Lanai in the home. Beds were very comfortable. We placed a WalMart order and picked it up on our way to the home. That was a huge time saver! Parks were about 10 mins away. If you are staying in the coming months be aware of night construction and get ready to sit in traffic, or find an alternate route home.

From the moment we booked to the time we left, it was an amazing experience. Very clean and modern, homelike setting. There wasn’t a lot we had to do once we got there vs when we had to leave. We are staying here again when we come back to Disney. Loved it!

Magic Stay in Orlando!

Our family of four had a wonderful time! The location was fantastic for those looking for a Disney adventure without the stress and expense of a Disney-owned resort. Less than 15-20 minutes to all parks. Proximity to a large wal-mart was great. The booking includes resort access to a pool, waterpark, and playground. Very communicative and helpful host. Great place for young families!

2 friends and I stayed here for my birthday getaway. It was great that we all had our own rooms with an adult size bed and bathroom. It was very easy to contact the host. When our eldest turned five, we celebrated with a trip to Disneyland. It was the first time any of us had been, and we fell in love instantly. That one magical trip sparked a tradition that’s lasted nearly two decades. Since then, every family vacation has taken us to a Disney or Universal park.

We’ve made countless memories soaking in the sugar-dusted sweetness of churros, feeling the sun on our faces, and riding wave after wave of adrenaline and laughter. These places have become more than just destinations, they’ve become a second home for our family.

There’s something incredibly special about how these parks bring us closer. My husband, James, and I are just big kids at heart, and there’s no better place to let that playful side shine than alongside our children, fully immersed in the magic and joy of it all.

Why they chose this property

Since we can't live inside the parks, we have always dreamed of owning a Disney and Universal themed home. Sharing our excitement and love for the parks is important to us, which is why bringing the spark of magic from them to the home was essential. We were thrilled when the opportunity arose and we were able to make our Windsor Hills townhome into just that! Windsor Hills is the closest rental community to Disney World's main entrance, and our home is just a few short steps to the Clubhouse and amenities. Our rental property is tastefully decorated with a little bit of pixie dust and wizarding magic.
