Property fit our family of 7 well, was very clean with tasteful updates. The community pool was amazing and the soaking pool at the property was nice for the kids at the end of the day. We had a wonderful stay

Magic Holiday House Indeed

Was a wonderful place to stay; very clean, quiet and with its own private heated pool. Each bedroom had their own private bathroom, TV and one bedroom even had a Sony play station for your teenager to play. The large community pool for the complex was a very short walk away adding to the convenience.

Perfect for Disney getaway

Great location in the super convenient Windsor Hills community. This property was perfect for me and my three kids to have a short getaway to Disney World. Not too big and not too small, plus the pool was perfect for a quick dip in the evenings after long days at Disney!

Great Townhouse in great location

Great townhouse, super clean, in an awesome location. Communication with property owner was really good and she was very responsive. Pool was nice and warm for swimming with the kids.

Disney Vacation

This house was perfect for my family’s trip to Disney. It was in an excellent location for the parks and also restaurants and Walmart for groceries and things needed throughout the week. I only have great things to say about it. There was everything we needed in regards to kitchen and bathrooms and the major bonus was that the beds were comfortable. The laundry facilities were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb Accommodations!!!

We were very pleased with this townhouse! It was very clean and loved the decor! The location was great! The host had excellent communication and responded in a timely manner! We would definitely stay here again! Bonus: My son enjoyed playing the PS5 during our downtime.

Magic Holiday House is Spot On & Spot Free

The property's name is just like Mary Poppins, Practically Perfect In Every Way! Lisa was a great host. We did not want for a thing. The property was super clean and inviting. Everyone had enough room, we love coming to Windsor Hills for our Orlando Trips. The next time we are in town we will definitely check to see if the MHH is available.

Amazing place for families/ close to parks

Super clean, close to parks (like 6min)and a Walmart which was super convenient for picking up food and snacks for kids to pack fridge. They have a private pool. Photos look exactly the same as in person. Very nice host and response . Definitely would like to book again next February but stay longer !

Second Verse, Same as the First

This was our second stay at Magic Holiday House and it did not disappoint! I don't think I have ever booked the same house twice. However, when we had another event in the Disney area, I did not hesitate to book here again. It was an easy choice. This house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and super clean, clean, clean. Everyone had a great time and plenty of space! MHH feels like home away from home!

My family and I enjoyed our time staying at this place. It was very clean, the beds were soft and comfortable after long hot summer days at the theme parks. The AC unit, the washer and dryer worked great. There were 3 kid life jackets for us to use in the storage box outside with extra bath and beach towels for us to use on pool days. Location was very close to the clubhouse and water park. We tried going to the main pool and water park but they closed early due to lightning and thunderstorms. The unit also provided us with kid toys, books, games, strollers, highchairs, some food ingredients, and other items. We actually left some foil, napkins, seasonings, Ziploc bags and other items we left for future guests. We couldn't take everything back with us on the plane with our food and souvenirs. It's nice having a kitchen to cook food before/after going out to the parks to save money while on the trip. Just having the space to ourselves was relaxing but traffic is 15-30 minutes depending on where you are going. While the area is closer to Disney, we ended up going to Universal Studios theme parks instead. A pizza cutter, drinking cups, more plates, and more pans would be great for the kitchen. More rugs for the bathroom. Overall we would love to come back here again! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!! We will be back again!! )

The owner meticulously thought of everything that would make her guest comfortable. I typically overpack just in case a rental doesn’t have things I may need. But the property was well equipped and I really appreciate that. We had family staying at another property and even the quality of the furniture and cleanliness was subpar. Would even like to know if she has other properties in other areas for the future.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great experience here; great location, perfect size, and very clean. Communication was good anytime I had a question and check in/out process was excellent. All expectations were communicated well and done so beforehand. Kids loved the small plunge pool in the back over the larger community pool. Short walk to the pool. The community pool was nice but very crowded when we were there and all amenities at the house were as stated. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Stay near Disney

This is an absolutely charming villa and property. Our family stayed six nights for a trip to Disney and it proved to be the perfect spot. The location cannot be beat and it has a lot of grocery options and restaurants nearby for easy and quick meals. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florida. The host was amazing and super responsive. We highly recommend this little oasis south of the parks. You will not regret booking this property.

Lovely townhome

Great layout with a nice splash pool. Quiet neighborhood that's very close to the Disney parks. The owner is very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Excellent Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. There were even board games and a PlayStation for your kids and family to stay entertained. The owner of the property Lisa was very helpful and made our check in process an ease. I will definitely stay again.

Great Time!!

We had a wonderful time at this townhouse! It was the perfect size! My daughter and her family stayed upstairs and my husband and I had the bedroom downstairs. There is a washer and dryer so you don’t have to bring so many clothes. The kids loved the heated pool! It was a little cold and breezy but the kids swam for 4 hours because it was heated and the walls blocked the wind. The location was perfect. Very close to Disney!! Great place to stay!!

Why they chose this property

Once we visited the Windsor Hills Resort, we just fell in love! Since our daughter was born we've been going to Disney about every year, always staying in a Disney Property. This past year we had a revelation when we stayed in a friends home in Windsor Hills. This resort rivals any 5 Star Hotel & the area is not JUST Disney. So many wonderful places to visit, live music everywhere you turn, beautiful weather. Once we realized how much we really enjoyed the area, we just had to have a piece for ourselves. I only wish we had learned sooner how much the area has to offer.
