Livin' Free 2 is a 2-level with:
- 1 Queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor
- Two of the 3 King bedrooms upstairs have their own 'en suite bathrooms
- Remaining King and 2 twin rooms share a full hall bathroom, which is set up perfect for sharing with separate doors to access the tub/shower room and stool. (Twin/Full bunkbed and additional Twin in each room, so 3 beds in each room)
- 4 Adult bedrooms have private tv's

Kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender, crock pot, griddle, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, not just a bare minimum of equipment. All linens, including pool towels provided.

We have baby items for your use at no charge:

Parks & sun

My favourite location in central Florida for travelling to all attractions. A pleasant house offering most things we needed. The resort facilities are amazing but with so much to do in the area we hardly used them, however they are great for a relaxing day if there is time.

Chaisson family vacation

Our family vacation at this house was the most fun and relaxing vacation! We are water lovers and paid to keep pool heated, best choice ever! We spent about 15 hours a day pool side. Kids and adults loved every minute! Kitchen was everything a cook wanted from crock pot to endless dishes. Lots of towels, bathrooms and room for everyone and everything! Laura was an excellent host and was right there if I had any questions. The community was so safe, one uber driver said as safe as Fort Knox! Loved our vacation!!! I highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful House

Stayed with extended family after a Disney trip. House was clean and had everything needed to make meals. Lots of towels and even beach towels. Pool was great !! Kids loved the game room !! The resort pool is also wonderful and was very warm which was nice since weather was a little cool. Enjoyed it very much !!

Magical vacation

We truly enjoyed this house from it’s 13 minute drive to the parks to the spacious accommodations. Fourteen of us joined for this Disney vacation. Being able to be together under one roof made it enjoyable. Thank you for the welcome snacks and for the fun game room for the kids of all ages.

My God-given gifts are hospitality and service, so that has made hosting vacation homes such a perfect fit for me and our happy guests!!

I was born and raised on a farm in south-central Michigan, and am blessed to still live just 3.5 miles from the farm with my high-school sweetheart husband and 2 young boys. Before becoming a full-time mom, I had a successful 9-year career in technology sales.

As a family, we enjoy fishing, camping, hunting, baking, playing games and traveling in our free time.

We love our National Parks for the hiking, wildlife and amazing landscapes and have visited the Great Smokey Mountains in TN, Yellowstone in Wyoming, the Florida Everglades, and Denali in Alaska.

Once we started our family, we began using other's short term vacation rentals for long-weekend anniversary getaways and family vacations in Michigan and have always had a wonderful experience. We appreciate being able to cook our own meals for the most part and to relax and play games in a home instead of a hotel, not to mention we can create a very budget-friendly vacation by not eating out every night.

Our favorite warm weather destination is Florida. When winter comes, it's easy for us to take a quick Allegiant Air flight to several destinations throughout Florida. That's why we chose Kissimmee as our first vacation home location. It's ideally located to the most popular attractions and the resort we chose is known as the closest to Disney, but is very private.

We've spent a good amount of time at our place and can make specific recommendations to help you get the most of your stay - see our guidebook. We are happy to share our place with others, so they can create lasting memories just as we have. We feel there is no better way to spend our time and our money, but to create memories with the ones we love.

It's RIGHT next door to our another of our homes, so we had to get it for larger groups who want to homes side-by-side!

What makes this property unique

Air Conditioned Game room - most are not since they are converted garages and you can not use a game room without AC for many months of the year. Right by big playground an close to resort - best location in the community.
