Perfect for our family!

We borrowed the strollers! Kids loved the free pool and splash pad amenities close by as well as the private pool. The townhome was so comfortable, well-equipped, and private even with shared walls. The decorations are so fun with each room having a different theme. Private driveway fits one minivan easily. Close to Walmart and fast food places. Owners communicated really well via email with great suggestions and friendliness.

This was our second stay at Club 34 and once again it was another outstanding experience. Even though we hit a bump in the road our host was great at communicating with me on when it would be fixed and even compensated us for the inconvenience. Which she didn’t have to, but was very much appreciated! This home is beautiful inside and out with plenty space for everyone. What makes it so worth staying there is how close it is to all the parks. It’s a short drive to anywhere. Club 34 is beginning to feel like our home away from home and we can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely love having you and your family stay with us and are already looking forward to your next visit! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this Kissimmee home! The themed bedrooms were beautifully done and made the trip especially fun for the kids. The location was perfect—only about 10 minutes from the Disney parks and a quick two-minute walk to the clubhouse, which had great amenities and plenty of activities for the children.Tonya was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. A few minor issues came up in the unit, but maintenance addressed everything within 24 hours, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to other families visiting Disney!

This is a beautiful, well-equipped townhouse in a fantastic location just minutes from the Disney parks. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. When we weren’t at the parks, our 9-year-old daughter loved taking advantage of the resort amenities and especially enjoyed the townhouse pool. The property made it easy to balance park days with downtime, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful five-night stay and would absolutely return on a future Disney trip.
