All opening onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a cupboard, a bathroom with a bathtub and an independent toilet, on the ground floor.

Upstairs, a small relaxation area with a desk and an attic bedroom with 3 90cm beds and a cupboard.

GARDEN LIVING ROOM - 2 CHILIENNES - STREET PARKING - COMMON LOCATION FOR BICYCLES - about 300m from the Office Beach and 450m from the shops - COLLECTIVE POOL OPEN FROM MID-JUNE TO MID-SEPTEMBER*.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
