About this property
AS21487 -Studio downtown 2 steps from the beach
CITY CENTER - Left Bank - Beautiful studio in the heart of the City Center for 2 people, with a sofa bed in 140cm ,a TV and air conditioning in the living room, a Kitchen, (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave) A bathroom with toilet and a nice terrace of 12 m² facing South-East. Close to the beach, bus station and all amenities. 200m from the municipal parking arena free all year. Furnished and equipped for 2 people.
OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen set: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover set: €20/bed (1 flat sheet and 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)
Two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.
