Located on the 1st floor accessible by lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, small freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...

Sleeping area:
- A large bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and access to the balcony.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washbasin and a hairdryer.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A balcony of about 7 m², facing East, not overlooked and furnished with a sun lounger, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal facing the river La Pique!

In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging, but also hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky!
