About the host
Hosted by Ashley Lecky

Originally from northeast Louisiana as well as
Baton Rouge and New Orleans, I have lived in Lafayette for over 20 years now. I am a host as well as the owner and creator of a slipcover /drapery business as well as a custom embroidery business. Being a host has allowed me the flexibility to be a parent and entrepreneur while caring for my unique property where I raised my family . It gives me great joy to share this special place with other families for their stays and occasions while allowing me to preserve and enjoy it for my own. I've always enjoyed traveling and experiencing other cultures and communities. In fact, immediately after college I flew for an airline for 11 years which took me all over the world. I've never met a stranger, and I'm a whiz at gardening, cooking and entertaining, and managing an array of property details, so hosting has been a perfect fit for me!
