A stones throw down the sandy path to the beach, in the private enclave of Southampton Shores, with tennis, beach pavilion, dock, basketball and more. Perfect location for Hamptons fun, world class nature preserves and <12 minutes to Southampton or Sag Harbor. Two minutes to Deli and North Sea Farms for fresh veggies and more to bbq on the back deck with brand new jacuzzi.

House includes four paddle boards. Extra large trampoline in side yard.

Steam shower with oversize bath and tv for spa days, hot tub out back.

All new appliances including new BBQ (2022), LG washer/dryer and organized mud room for year round fun in the Hamptons. Adjustable split king size bed for serious sleepers in a light and art filled master. Kids room trundle for two, and guest room queen plus a twin bed and extra large smart TV in room too.

Nice Property

This property is lovely and exactly as pictured. The only problem we had was that someone who had previously been in the home had smoked a good amount of weed and the house smelled like it. I contacted the host and they said they would take care of it. Other than that it was very nice.

The house was wonderful and cozy! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the walk to the beach was a huge plus! Close to everything and we would definitely come back!

Excellent property

My brother and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. I've stayed at many VRBO rentals and this one I highly recommend. Clean, comfortable and quiet. As far as location, you can do as much or as little as you like. We particularly enjoyed just hanging out having coffees on the front deck with its relaxing ambience. There are absolutely no negatives that come to mind. I would definitely book this property again.

Perfect sunsets, incredible community which is private so there's no traffic, a true endless summer for the kids and adults alike.

What makes this property unique

This is the perfect place for a family of four to five, or an active couple or a single person wanting a cozy spot a stone's throw from the beach, and set in between the SH village and Sag. This is a private community as well, so we have amenities like Tennis, Dock, Pavilion on the private beach etc.

Unlike other bungalows, this is professionally designed to feel like a boutique hotel, top of the line everything.
