This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath smoke-free waterfront villa at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to enjoy a taste of island life. With 300-plus feet of waterfront, you can take in the view from wrap-around balconies, kayak, paddleboard, and snorkel in the crystal clear canal, or go for a dip in the private pool. The bright, airy rooms have split-air units and ceiling fans to keep them cool and comfortable. The coastal decor and bright colors add to the island atmosphere.

Overall great experience and location

The property is just as described. Sits on a very private and large peninsula that overlooks accessible channel for snorkeling, kayaking, etc. Very quiet and outside grounds/features really are the hook for this property. It is also very convenient to beaches, grocery, and anything else you need. Most of the roads to and from the property are paved which was a nice plus. Interior, everything was as noted on the listing. Plenty of towels, equipment, etc. Property was very clean upon our arrival. The property could use some minor TLC here and there on cabinet doors (humidity is taking toll on some), bath fixtures, window open/close handles, and some upgraded kitchen pots and pans (non-stick or stainless vs aluminum) would be good items to consider replacing. We did have a few minor concerns/issues upon arrival but Jackie and Leon (who helps out locally) were super responsive and addressed any and all matters quickly. Really enjoyed the house and had a great time. Feel it offered more and much better value vs resorts. Really is a great property and highly recommend. Additionally, Jackie is an outstanding host. We had this property booked in summer of 2022 and week prior to trip, our son tested positive for Covid. Jackie was super accommodating and allowed us to choose a refund or to reschedule at a date of our choosing which shows a lot of character and integrity on her part.

Good views, good house, good amenities

We've stayed at multiple different locations around Provo, in the obvious touristy areas, long bay beach, Leeward, and the Bight, always very close to the beach and wanted something different this time. This was definitely different, and in the locals area of Provo on a pretty canal. The house is as pictured, very comfortable, and all the appliances worked well, and included the little things that make a difference, namely handwash in the bathrooms, enough toilet roll, and basic kitchen supplies e.t.c. We found the beds comfortable, along with indoor and outdoor sofas (although not so much the outdoor pool loungers, which could use padded cushions!). The pool is great and the view is excellent over the canal and lake beyond, and the whole area very serene, although I didn't realize when I chose it that it was on the take-off flight path from the airport. That said, the planes are quite high by the time they come directly overhead. The kayaks/paddle boards were fun to take out for a couple of trips around the lake. I was surprised there are no fish in the canal/turtle lake, so that means there are no birds to watch fishing when lounging around on the pretty upper deck. I was expecting more animal/bird nature, given the location, but you do see plenty of turtle heads bobbing up and down. The complex has the main house and two small cottages on it, with cameras both outside and in the living room/kitchen (a little disconcerting, as it's uncomfortable to think you're being watched inside a home - I do expect it outside). My husband's a runner, but found he couldn't run the streets around the house without being chased by dogs, and that was frustrating, but just a feature of it being in a typical open Caribbean island neighborhood. We've had that problem before in many places. The hosts were very responsive and wonderful to work with, providing lots of helpful information. The big, modern TV and internet connection was excellent and it was easy to cool the rooms with the A/C when needed. Overall, an excellent stay.

Waterfront Point

The Waterfront home accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. It offered a private space, with a great pool, and tons of outside space to relax and enjoy the sun rise and breeze. The canal made it safe for the kids to go out on the kayaks or paddleboards. Beds were reasonably comfortable especially the king in the 2nd bedroom.The home had everything we needed to make meals at home, however some basic non perishables like salt/pepper and Pam would be helpful for short term stays. It also had a cooler and beach chairs/ umbrella to beach hop. For those traveling to the island for the first time, note that the road getting to the home isn't paved yet and is pretty rutty, food cost at Turks is going to cost you, and Covid testing was $50 a person off resort. These disadvantages were of no fault to the home or owner and did not take away from the stay.

Spring Break

Owners were great and responsive. Last minute booking property looked great online - definitely clean but small property shack next to main villa was awkward. Not a great location if you want to get to local restaurants etc but if you want to be away from it all good location. Some interior products pans and microwave could use updating along with showers.

Perfect!

I cannot say enough about this property. From the time we booked until we left the owner and property manager were very communicative and helpful. The house was immaculate and smelled so fresh and clean on arrival. Leon, the property manager, does an excellent job. The house had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. And also had beach gear as well. They thought of everything to provide guests for their stay. We loved having coffee on the upper deck every morning. The only recommendation I have would be to invest in at least 2 more additional sun loungers for guests to lay out by the pool. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be back.

We are Floridians who love living by the sea, and we were captivated by the natural beauty of Turks and Caicos. The crystal clear water, the stunning turquoise ocean, bays and lagoons, and the quiet charm of life in Provo made us want to immerse ourselves in island living, so we decided to make Waterfront Point our home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We loved the house with its beautiful water views, and the fact that it's located on the point gives us lots of waterfront footage. We also liked the pool that faces the water, and the balconies on three sides of the second floor. We looked at many other properties in the area, but we fell in love with this one.

What makes this property unique

Located on the point, the lot has 375 feet of waterfront along a wide canal that intersects with a lagoon. The water views are gorgeous and the location is perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding and snorkeling. The cool island breeze makes outdoor activities a pleasure, even on the warmest days.
