Blue Zepher Villa is nestled into the hillside of Blue Mountain which is a safe and quiet residential community on the main tourist island of Providenciales (Provo) in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is an authentic Caribbean house that has been built for taking advantage of the constant gentle breezes (a mountain breeze can also be called a zepher) and outdoor island living. The property is very private and safe, with native trees and shrubs surrounding the gated and completely fenced yard. Your family and friends will have plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large pool and endless patio space. The location is very central to the island - a great spot to use as a homebase to explore all that Provo and the Turks and Caicos has to offer! It's just down the road from one of Provo's most popular authentic Caribbean restaurants, less than a 5 minute drive to the closest beach and a 10 minute drive to either the Grace Bay or Chalk Sound (Taylor Bay / Sapodilla Bay) area. A rental car or driving service is a must to enjoy all the island has to offer. A great property - ideal for couples, girls trips, diving groups, friends and family.

The Space
The outdoor space is the prime attraction of Blue Zepher Villa. The spacious outdoor deck surrounds the full-size pool. Perfect for floating in a hammock and enjoying a refreshing beverage. Brand new pool loungers and patio furniture are available to work on your tan or sit in the shade of the covered patio while enjoying the gentle breezes after a busy day of exploring any number of amazing beaches on or off the island of Provo. You can also enjoy grilling your casual meals at home on the new Weber gas BBQ. The interior of the villa has been recently remodeled with a calming Caribbean spa feel. Brand new spa-quality bedroom and bathroom linens along with natural wood tones are brought alive with touches of colour. The ground floor features a cozy living area with a 65" Smart TV and an office nook for anyone who needs to keep in touch with home. Finishing the ground floor are 2 air-conditioned queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The upper floor features a well equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 and a small sitting area. The 2 sets of patio doors can be opened wide to enjoy the cooling trade winds. A view of the beach at Smith's Reef and Grace Bay beyond can also be seen from here. Completing the second floor is the large, air conditioned primary suite with king size bed and private bathroom with shower.

The villa comes equipped with a cooler bag and beach chairs to use while exploring the various beaches that Provo has to offer. Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hair dryer. There's an iron, ironing board and safe. A laundry room (accessible via covered exterior walkway/door) is available for any essential washing. Lists of recommended stores and restaurants for more supplies and entertainment provided. High speed wifi throughout the villa. Full concierge services available.

We loved our stay. House is spacious and had everything we needed. It's convenient location close to the airport and short drive to the beaches. Our kids loved the pool! The area is not walkable as it's right off the main highway, so plan on driving to the beach if you want to go running/walking.

Our family had a wonderful vacation. House was great. Excellent location, very spacious. Pool great to come back to after a day at the beach. celebrating a major birthday with my family! this is one of the best homes i have stayed in the caribbean!! Spacious, clean, comfortable - used the refreshing pool everyday! the beaches here r fantastic!! Home location was easy access to market, restaurants, any beach - a car is added convenience. we BBQed a few nights… great umbrella and beach chairs/towels were sooo useful!! we would love to return for another magical visit!

We had the best time at Blue Zephyr Villa!! JASMINE was super responsive and was so nice-- really accomodating. We rented a car but Jasmine hooked us up with the most awesome driver (Dario) who was able to take us out at night which was so incredible because there was no worry about drinking and driving. 10/10 would recommend!!!

It is exactly as stated! beautiful home/property. About 10-12 mins from Grace Bay. Right off the freeway but is gated and has video surveillance. Completely safe. Jasmine responded quickly to text messages. Awesome items for the beach: cooler bag, beach chair and umbrellas. Very minor issues with the first floor toilet (kept running due to sticky handle but this resolved itself after a few days) and mildew smell in the smaller first floor bedroom (maybe due to the AC???), but not a big deal for us! Great stay! Highly recommend! Also, recommend the Rum Punches at the restaurant down the street :)

Safe and central - you'll need a car!

We had the best time! The house was super clean and the perfect amount of space for us (3 adult friends). The pool gets sun from first thing in the morning to mid-afternoon and balcony get a very nice breeze all day. We felt incredibly safe and the location was central on the island, so an easy drive to anywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend renting a car though, so you can come and go as you please rather than having to schedule taxis ahead of time - taxis do not seem readily available around the island. Jasmine was extremely responsive and helpful - ask her to book you a sunset cruise! It was definitely a trip highlight.

Perfect stay for Turks 1st timer

It was my first time in Turks and booked this villa for my bday. We rented a car, rich made it conveniently to get around on the island. The property itself was in a great location and was within a 15 min drive to most popular destinations. The property had everything you would need to feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked w/ cutlery, drinking glasses, plates, and appliances. The bathrooms were fully stocked w/ towels and toiletries. Beach towels and supplies were also available. All the details were thought of, even down to repellent and sunscreen. The host was readily available and timely responsive with all communications. It was only 2 of us, but it was a perfect space for us. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again

Beautiful home!!!

The home was clean, beautiful, spacious and to me close to everything. Our check in time was at 4, the cleaners where there doing the last minute cleaning but we were able to go in still, so it was fine with us. They made up for it by offering us a later check out time, i really don't know if was because of that or they just didn't have anyone checking in at that time, but what ever the reason i gave them a 10 for that. On the first day the internet went out, but the situation was rectify the next day which was great because we needed internet to fine places to go and to book our tours. One of the thing i didn't like was they only had one TV in the living room and love to watch television in my bedroom. Overall the place was in a great location and communications was great with host. So to me i do recommend this home to be your home away from home. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home on the fabulous island of the Turks and Caicos.

Great House - beautiful island

The house is really nice and very well equipped; no air con in the living area is a little unpleasant but one gets used to it. Immediate neighbourhoud ok, but not great - quite some construction noise. That nobody came to open the house was unexpected. Even worse: When call the manager, one number just had the answering machine, one was not even listed. Coming from Europe we had to organized for internet first to finally get input via email. The code for the house had been send from a private mail address and therefore ended up in our spam folder. Took us over an hour to finally get into the house. But from then on we had a great vacation.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 days in November. This house is amazing. It’s very clean, nicely decorated, and located perfectly in the middle of Provo. This house has plenty of space for a family stay, and Jasmine is by far the best property manager you could ask for- Super friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. We are a family who have been visiting Turks and Caicos for scuba diving since the 1990s. We've travelled extensively through the Caribbean and always kept coming back to Turks and Caicos. We've stayed on Provo, Grand Turk, Middle Caicos, North Caicos and Salt Cay. Ask us for advice if you'd like to split your holiday between Provo and one of the other islands!

Dad is retired - he owned a garden centre with his brother for over 30 years. Mom still works at a college to pay the bills. The kids are teenagers now and may have been spoiled with all of these trips over the years. We all enjoy the watersports that TCI has to offer including: snorkeling, diving, jetskiing, boating, kite surfing, and more!

Why they chose this property

We bought this house in Spring 2022 after spending over 2 years locked up during the COVID pandemic. We were drawn to the huge outdoor patio area and full-size pool...it is ideal for outdoor living. The almost constant breeze helps to keep the bugs away. We've always loved the views from the Blue Mountain area and we were able to get a bit of that with this house.

We love to drive around the island to enjoy the scenery and to swim and snorkel at various beaches. Each one has a little something different to offer. We found through renting other villas over the years that we always drove to the beach access points. This opened us up to the possibility of purchasing a less expensive house but to still allow us to enjoy everything Provo has to offer.

We'd love to share our house with you!

What makes this property unique

The location of this house is almost directly in the middle of the island. It's about 10 minutes to Grace Bay to the east or 10 minutes to the Chalk Sound area to the south west. It's less than 5 minutes to the closest beach which happens to have great snorkeling too! You can walk down the road to enjoy happy hour at one of the most popular Caribbean restaurants!

If you don't mind driving, you can stay here and save some money to put towards some of the once in a lifetime experiences you'll have during your stay in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
