Located in a secluded Beachside property, 500 ft from Long Bay Beach, and 5-minutes drive from Grace Bay Resorts and shops, this spacious, private, 3800 sqft, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom unit is right next to the pool. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, with 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, and a queen size sofa bed.

A few minutes stroll through a beautiful sandy walk path, right next to the property, takes you straight to the beach, equipped with kayak and stand-up-paddle board. Portable beach chairs and shades are provided in a storage in the rear parking area.

There is a 4-bdr, a 2-bdr, three 1-bdr, and a Studio unit located on this gated property, that share the large common pool.

We highly recommend a rental car during your stay, from several car rental companies located at, or near the airport.

The final cost includes an added 27% fee applied to the nightly rate, consisting of 12% local hospitality tax, and a15% host fee.

This place was perfect for our group of 8. The pool area in particular was lovely. Lots of chairs, loungers and tables made for great, relaxing days. The house was well stocked with all the basic necessities, although be prepared to shop for anything outside of salt and pepper if you plan to cook. Overall, very comfortable and in a great location to enjoy the beach and close enough to run into the town for groceries or dinner out.

We had a fantastic time at the property. The host took care of our needs right away when we had minor issues. I have stayed in multiple vrbo's and this is the best overall in every aspect. This home is perfect for a family and friend vacation. Rooms are bright, clean, and spacious. We had 3 couples in the main home and friends/family in the duplexes on the property. It’s so well laid out that you cannot even see the other properties from the main home. The pool area was perfect spot to gather in the evening to grill, play cards, and visit. Location is perfect. So close to everything. We really enjoyed this property. We are out for many meals but had all we needed to grill lobster and make steaks, too. Great property! Thank you sharing your home! Owner was attentive and available for anything small or extra :).

Sea La Vie is within walking distance of Long Bay Beach, the pool was great, and we had everything we needed at the house. We'll definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to TCI.

Beautiful Place and Nice Host

We stayed here with extended family. The unit and pool were great, Majid was a gracious host and it was easy to get in touch with and he was very helpful. This was a comfortable stay with a short walk to the beach where there were beach chairs and umbrellas we could use.

The property is VERY well maintained with a wonderful array of amenities! Perfect location for a relaxing getaway away from crowds, but yet a short drive to more active areas if you so desire. This property had everything we needed for a large family vacation. We loved the pool area and short walk to the beach. It was easy to find, had ample parking, is a great location and launching pad for all of our activities, and the owner was incredibly helpful and nice. The beds were a bit hard but everything else in the house was great. We hope to come back and would be thrilled to book this property again!

Wonderful stay at Sea la vie

Our group of scuba divers and non divers had a marvelous time. I have organized a number of these trips using VRBO and everyone agreed it was our best ever. Our host Majid was the ultimate in communication and response to any questions or issues we had he is a wonderful Ambassador for the island and vrbo. The property is beautiful spacious and well appointed. We look forward to returning again.
