The Hawksbill House, now under new management, is a spacious, waterfront 3bdr-3 bath villa in the safe and prestigious Leeward community. Hawksbill House offers the best of all worlds; water frontage with an attached floating dock for easy canal access for swimming/kayaking, a private swimming pool, sundeck, and serenity, but is also near the stunning Grace Bay beach, and is walking distance to, restaurants, a spa, convenience store, marina, ferry dock, and a center for fishing and water sports & tour operators.

The elegantly appointed home is equipped with a full kitchen and all the amenities of a modern home.

The house accommodated the 5 of us well (2 adults and 3 college aged). It is in a nice neighborhood.. very pretty and fun to have the pool/ paddle boards/ kayaks. Host was responsive with questions/ concerns.

The house was great for our family. Really enjoyed being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards. Also, the beach chairs and umbrellas were in excellent condition and very helpful. Also, Sammy was very attentive and good with communication.

Everything was as described. We did have some issues with a leaky toilet and the dishwasher didn't work, but we didn't let these things diminish our time on the Island. Loved that we could use the kayaks and SUPs to go to the Mangroves and surrounding beaches. This was our 3rd time on the island and we really enjoyed staying on the canal.

The house was great. Love that its by the canal for kayaking. It was in a great location close to restaurants/shops. Sammy and Mary were great hosts. Definitely will stay here again.

Great home and location

This house was great, especially the backyard pool area on a canal with Kayaks. A short drive to Grace Bay and great space in the living room/kitchen and back yard. There was some noise from construction next door but the property managers were very transparent about it and upfront so it was not a surprise to us. Also very attentive property managers in general for any questions we had!

Great family vacation.

We spent 2024 Christmas in TC. We had a fantastic time. Weather was ideal for beaching, walking, and a lot of relaxing. The house was exactly what we were hoping for. A few small issues which were resolved by the property management team in an expedient manner. We walked to the beach everyday, which was a short 15minute walk, so presented good exercise.

A very cute and easy to live in house. Very organized and well labeled items. The pool area was quaint and relaxing. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. Our family had a great time.

Highly recommend Hawksbill House for a family trip to Providenciales

We enjoyed our stay at Hawksbill House very much. It’s a beautifully appointed home, super clean and sunny, with a lovely private pool and veranda to enjoy the gentle breeze of Leeward Providenciales. The owner and property manager are such excellent and caring hosts. All the amenities you’ll need are here, and the home was convenient to explore Pelican Beach and the surrounding Grace Bay area. Highly recommend for a family trip to the area!

Great week at Hawksbill !

We had an excellent week in Turks & Caicos at Hawksbill house. It's close to everything and sheltered from the strong wind that can come at times on other parts of T&C. We appreciated how well the house was stocked with linens, towels, tv's and beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, etc). Check-in & out was a breeze and the hosts were excellent communicators the whole time. We would happily return to Hawksbill house in the future.

Great location, very clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and it has a really nice location on the island. It is clean and comfortable and the management gives you clear directions on how things work. We hope the owners will provide future guests with life jackets for the kayaks, as we understood from neighbors that this is more frequently being tracked and of course, is safer. Overall the house was great.

The hosts were incredibly gracious, took great care of us, and even provided compensation, despite the situation being beyond their control. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about the construction when we booked, though we later learned it started without notice. That said, the house itself was spotless and in a fantastic location. I would still highly recommend it!”

Hawksbill House!

Great house to stay in. A short drive to Grace Bay, resorts, shops, and restaurants. Just a few minutes away from Pelican beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been to. We were also able to kayak from the house to Mangrove Cay for one of the most awesome experiences kayaking amongst turtles everywhere. I would totally recommend Hawksbill house and will definitely stay there again when I return to Turks and Caicos. Because I will return.

Family Spring Break 2023

Fantastic property, all the amenities of being at home and was super clean! Sammy the property manager was so helpful. Provided ample information on the house and surrounding area with recommendations for dinner, site seeing, etc... She even called the car rental agency when our flight was delayed to ensure they would stay open until we arrived. We loved Hawksbill House and would definitely stay there again.

We discovered the Turks & Caicos Islands 6 years ago, and cannot seem to get enough of them! We love their natural beauty and the fact that they are not as "touristy" as so many of the other island chains in the Caribbean.

Why they chose this property

When we first entered what has become "Hawksbill House", we felt an atmosphere of serenity and calm. It has just enough of everything, but not too much. We were in love with the place and its location. We hope you will experience the same sense of joy when you visit.

What makes this property unique

Hawksbill House is in a very safe neighborhood, there is wonderful kayaking from the back yard, is walking distance to Blue Haven marina, the base for many water sports operators, and is very close to multiple gorgeous beaches.
