This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom private Turks and Caicos rental villa sits directly on the ocean in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Away from the crowds of Grace Bay, to the quieter side of the island known for stunning views of gin clear, turquoise water, white sandy beaches, warm ocean waters, and of course orange tropical sunsets.

This villa is a hidden gem in a slice of paradise. Miles of white sand , calm breezes unlike Grace Bay, and tons of room to explore in and out of the water. Swim, snorkel, kayak, frolic or bask in the sun in our 25 x 18 foot salt water infinity edge swimming pool. At night, dine Alfresco under the stars and listen to...nothing.. only the sounds of the water as it hits the shoreline. Ideal for small families, couples or singles.

A few short minutes drive down the road leads to two of the most sought after locations in the entire Turks and Caicos, Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches . Walk 2 to 3 miles out and the water is not even waist deep. Perfect for everyone, kids, persons who are not great swimmers or elderly. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Las Brisas, the closest restaurant to our Villa. Rent pontoons, jet skis, paddle boards, boats and more with Silly Creek water sports on the beach.

Paradise

Absolutely loved this home and property. The views were amazing weather you where sitting by the pool or by the ocean. The home was fully stocked with all we needed. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a place to get away and recharge the soul.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The access to the Sound was great. We were only able to swim/kayak in it two days because of the wind. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The villa has everything you need for your stay - lots of beach towels and bath towels, extra sunscreen and bug spray (you will need the bug spray at night). We went to Taylor Bay - absolutely gorgeous! The villa is about a 25 minute drive to Grace Bay. We went there almost every day because that is where the good restaurants are. I recommend Baci Ristourante, Morgan's Reef, Hemmingways and Shay Cafe. Las Brisas and Chaulkies were also good and they were close to the Villa. We did a three hour boat tour with Silly Creek Adventures. It was super fun and informative. If we returned to Turks and Caicos we would stay here again.

A little piece of Paradise

Off the Grid Villa is genuinely one of the most beautiful, perfect, incredible, quiet and beautiful (has to be said twice) places I have ever stayed. 10 days wasn't long enough, we all wish we could have stayed and didn't want to leave. Here are my thoughts on this slice of heaven. 1: The view of Chalk Sound is perfect; from the deck, you can see the right amount of excellent chalky bright blue water. 2: Chalk Sound is now one of my favorite places. The water is perfect temp, excellent for snorkeling, and you can sit in it all day, and we did. 3: The hosts are amazing people and worked with us the entire time. Cady is a wonderful woman; she checked in on us a few times to ensure we had a great stay. 4: One of our worries in Turks and Caicos was crime; we spent ten days there and never felt we needed to worry about anything. The people are lovely, friendly, and always helpful. 5: The house had everything we needed, from towels to chairs, movies, games (you must check out the game Florida Man, its hilarious), the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, BBQ was good. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and I wanted to buy it from the owners. The only thing it needs is a decent blender; that is the only thing we could find that it needed. 6: The pool is great but we spent most of our time in the sound. We rented kayaks and explored the sound. We are already planning our trip back later this year. We fell in love with Turks and Caicos and Off the Grid Villa.

Incredible Villa!

There's literally nothing to complain about. The house is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property itself is simply incredible. There's so much to do when you walk out the back door like swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking in the sound, or laying in the hammock under the palm trees, or playing in the pool. In all of our travels, this is one of our most favorite rentals ever!

Wonderful Vacation

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 10 and 15) had a wonderful stay at Off the Grid Villa. It’s hard to get my family to travel as 3 of us are homebodies since we live at the beach and love it. Off the Grid villa was perfect. Everything was top notch: communication, views, cleanliness, comfortable, and well stocked. Cady, the house manager is so lovely. She checked in with us especially once she found out my son was sick. He came down with a horrible ear infection on day 1. We had to go to Grace Bay Medical Center Urgent Care on Monday and they were lovely. In and out in 20 minutes on a holiday. We saw Dr Valerie. We were thankful we had the house once he got sick because I hung out at the house with him while my daughter and husband went out each day. You will need a rental car as it’s at least a 20 minute drive from the heart of Grace Bay. With my son sick, we didn’t eat out as much. We picked up from Las Brisas multiple times, and it was great each time. It gave us a chance to spend time together, the 4 of us, which was much needed. The views and comforts of home helped my husband decompress from a stressful job. My son felt comfortable at the house despite feeling miserable until our last day. The quiet mornings by the water comforted the soul. My teenage daughter loved the pool and daily outings with her dad. The locals are extremely welcoming. We loved it! Thank you to Tim and Shannon and to Cady.

We are a couple from Maryland who fell in love with the island the very first time we went. After visiting sixteen times, we have finally purchased our slice of paradise and are now proud to call TCI home.

Why they chose this property

One of the few properties on the island of Providenciales that has it's own private beach, 180 degree water views, and direct access to the water right on the property. It is in a very safe area called the Chalk Sound and is surrounded by multi-million dollar villas. Although, Off the Grid gives you the feel of secluded property, it is still a very short drive to restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
