With unbeatable views of the crystal-clear ocean and sophisticated European-style furnishings, Villa Sublime truly lives up to its name. Located on the south coast of Providenciales near Silly Creek, the property has three bedrooms, with the option of a fourth, and plenty of space for up to six guests to spread out. Sunbathe around the pool or slip into the ocean via the villa’s unique grotto. Not only is Villa Sublime itself quite spacious, but its 1.5 acres of land afford stunning views of Silly Creek and sunsets over Turtle Rock. Start each day with breakfast at the covered outdoor dining area, then soak in the sunshine from the pool terrace or take the path down to the ocean for a swim. Inside, the villa has central air conditioning and other perks. Villa Sublime’s living spaces mix traditional Caribbean pieces with European touches for one-of-a-kind style. In the living room, white walls, slipcovered sofas and wicker armchairs feel cool and tropical, while a Persian-style rug, antique armoire, columns and wrought-iron accents add a sense of history. The dining room, which is open to the kitchen, has an elegant wrought-iron and glass table plus an ocean view, and the kitchen itself has fresh-feeling white cabinets and stone countertops. Each of the property’s three bedrooms has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a television and a DVD player. There is one bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a queen bedroom and en-suite bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. Larger parties can use the den, which has two twin sleeper sofas, as a fourth bedroom. Swimming in the turquoise Turks and Caicos waters is at your doorstep at Villa Sublime, but the beach is just a short drive away, too. The pool was amazing! Location was superb - felt totally safe the entire time. We walked to Taylor Bay. Swam through the grotto. The kitchen was so well equipped - everything you need for a superb stay. We had a cleaning midway which was very much appreciated.

My husband and I had another wonderful week at Villa sublime! This was our second time visiting the property, and it once again did not disappoint! The property is absolutely beautiful, and Louise and Rhondda made sure we had everything we needed while there. We absolutely loved spending time at the pool or down by the ocean, and the grotto entrance right into the ocean is just simply amazing. The house is lovely and the master bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything you could need, but we spent most nights using the gas grill outside if we decided to stay in for meals as it was hard to leave the pool! The property is extremely private and most of the time all we could hear was the rustle of the palm trees, so it’s an amazing place to relax and unwind.The house is located near Chalk Sound, so it’s a little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants on the island, but my husband and have rented a car both times and have had no trouble navigating the island, even with having to adapt to driving on the left. Most restaurants are 20-30 minutes away, but La Brisas is very close to the house if you don’t want to venture far and we’ve enjoyed our meals there. There were a handful of extremely small maintenance issues and the shower water doesn’t get very hot which is not unexpected on the islands, but overall the house is amazing and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on the island! Can’t wait to return!

Villa Sublime is Right!

We had a great family vacation staying at Villa Sublime. Everything we needed was there. Our favorite amenities were the private pool and the grotto where we could jump right into the ocean! We loved the privacy and the upscale neighborhood it was in. We felt very safe and secluded. Would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Turks & Caicos!

Peaceful Retreat!

Our family of 6 just got back from our stay at Villa Sublime and we loved the property. Rhondda met us at the property upon arrival to show us the ins and outs of the villa. Very quiet area, beautiful view, the pool and grotto were amazing! Would definitely recommend this property!

This villa was wonderful! The neighborhood is very private and is guarded by security at night. There is a restaurant at the end of the neighborhood that is wonderful (Las Brisas). The property itself was so beautiful and tranquil. Taylor Bay Beach is right up the road and is stunning. Just book it!

Great Escape

Villa Sublime was a wonderful escape from our busy lives. We were able to enjoy the views, water and location. We appreciated that we could drive to the more touristy locations, but were not in the center of it. It was a lovely vacation!

Great Retirement Vacation

3 couples that are friends and retiring had a wonderful time at Sublime . The place is beautiful! Close to Sapodilla Beach. We relaxed by and in the pool. Shopped, took walks and enjoyed the island. We would recommend to anyone. Thanks Rhondda for everything.

Fantastic Vacation

I brought my teenage children and their friends to stay at Villa Sublime over April break. We enjoyed the beautiful home, pool and ocean access. It was spotlessly clean and very private. You must rent a car to be able to access all that the island has to offer from this location, but it was all that we were looking for and more. I look forward to coming back in the future!!

Beautiful, quiet location but close enough to everything you need. Help and support from Rhodda and her team is great. Pool and lounger area very nice and spacious. Kayaking and Paddle Boarding to the local beach is easy. All in all a great place and environment to relax and enjoy everything on offer from the TCI. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay at Villa Sublime

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed home. Truly special location with a grotto and gazebo on the water. We cooked extensively in the clean, modern kitchen. Had an issue with the grill on a Sunday and had a replacement within 2 hours- incredibly responsive property manager @ Rhondda. Additionally, Rhondda had a welcome basket of food and bar provisions awaiting upon our arrival. She also went above and beyond in bringing balloons for my twins, as she knew they were celebrating their 20th birthdays. Would return in a heartbeat- wonderful family vacation!!!

Great Stay

My family and I (6 people) had an awesome experience starting at Villa Sublime! Amazing house with an incredible pool and ocean grotto access. Loved the kayaks and amenities that came with the house. Would absolutely stay here again. Louise was very responsive and gave great recommendations for things and places to do and go on the island. Rhondda was an amazing host, provided a nice care package when we arrived and gave us even more great recommendations for places to go on the island.

This is a great house and the pictures match the reality! Louise was a dream to work with and as a frequent traveler and a common user of HomeAway, we loved our entire experience. The house is about 18 minutes from Grace Bay Beach and the hub of the shopping and restaurants, but for my family, we loved how remote and unique the area felt away from the all inclusive's and resorts. The pool is perfect and we used it everyday. The kitchen was great and had enough equipment for me to cook full meals several times throughout our stay. I would highly recommend renting this house and visiting Turks and Caicos.

Truly Sublime Stay

Exceptional stay at the Villa. The property is superbly located in a quiet area, right on the water. Photos accurately depict the property and it is well hosted. House is setup very well and kitchen is well equipped. Pool and view are amazing. Waterfront gazebo and the arch entry to the water are functional and beautiful features. We spent the week paddling on the water, visiting nearby beaches, and enjoying the pool. Location is NOT close to everything in Grace Bay which is exactly what we were looking for. If you want a quieter stay away from the crowds, this is place for you. We loved it and really enjoyed the house.

Peace and the Sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was exactly what our family wanted. The home is beautiful but the grounds are amazing! The walk to the sea is so peaceful. It was a perfect spot every morning for coffee and in the evening for sunsets. Swimming and snorkeling were a daily occurrence. Spending a day poolside with the unforgettable views is a must! Communication with management was really good. We always felt like the customer and felt welcomed. If you are looking to decompress from your busy life, this property is quiet, peaceful, and by the sea! We will return!

Why they chose this property

When its meant to happen it does! We saw Villa Sublime on a Real Estate agents web page , unfortunately a sale had been agreed the week before. On the last day of our vacation on Provo my husband bumped in to the agent on the supermarket car park to be told that the sale had fallen through. We bought Villa Sublime there and then!

What makes this property unique

Villa Sublime has a bright and fresh decor. Waking to the soft sun rise and being able to watch the falling sunset all from our terrace is the making of our vacation. We love the elevated position which allows us to benefit from the cooling Trade Winds. The privacy of living in the exclusive enclave of Silly Creek is a luxury on a popular island such as Providenciales.
The grotto hewn from the iron shore allowing us to swim in the blue waters of Caicos Banks is unique
