Casa Zacapa (Rum House) perfect for families and couples. Located off the Leeward Highway, on the Eastern end of the island, with a 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean. A huge new deck was just put down at the water.

Completed by island known builder Dave Parlee, the villa offers all the amenities you need for an exceptional vacation with friends and family.

Built on a single level it has over 3000 square feet of internal living space, this is spread out across 3 Bedroom, 3 bathroom ensuites. Fully equipped kitchen, full laundry room, 2 big screen TV’s and one smaller. WI-FI throughout. Casa Zacapa is also fully equipped with a security alarm system and private front gate.

The villa has been designed and built to experience and enjoy outdoor living. Infinity swimming pool overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the outdoor cabana with large beer cooler, outdoor seating and sun chairs across the patio. Easy ocean access from the house.

When you don’t feel like cooking, Casa Zacapa comes with a gift certificate to Hemingway's Restaurant located just a short drive away at the Sands Resort. Chef service available upon request.

Provo Golf club is only 2 miles away and is a PGA certified course. There are many bars and hotels nearby ... nothing is more than a 5-10 minute car trip away.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people split across 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - 1 x King, Bedroom 2 - 1 x King, Bedroom 3 - bunk beds. There is also a pull out sofa.

An exclusive and private villa which is quiet and serene during the day so that everyone can relax, with the added benefit of only a short drive away from local attractions and Grace bay beach. New floating bar a short boat trip out in the ocean.

Beautiful waterfront views

This home is an excellent location with absolutely gorgeous waterfront views. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Terry and Dwayna were exceptional in communicating both before and during our stay. Dwayna helped to arrange some very last minute jet ski rentals and a private boat charter. The pool pump stopped working during our stay and Terry immediately worked to have it fixed once we let them know about the issue. It was replaced within 24 hours and had no negative impact on our stay. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely Perfect!

Four of us stayed at Casa Zacappa and were blown away at this property! Terry actually met ua when we arrived, showed us around had cold beers and a fresh fruit tray for us. The views, privacy, location and layout of the house are all perfect. We did venture out a couple days but it was hard to leave the house as it has everything you could ever need. The paddle boards were a blast and we took them out to the Tiki bar that's about a half a mile off shore in waist deep water. Looking forward to booking again!

Lovely home with gorgeous views!

We had an excellent vacation at Terry’s house. The house itself is lovely, but we spent almost all of our time outside enjoying the beautiful views. I didn’t think we would be using the pool, but we did go in it everyday (as well as the ocean). There is a coral reef a short swim from the dock. The husbands snorkeled in the dark before sunrise (using their diving flashlights) and saw an octopus and several tropical fish; but when we all went later on in the day, we did not see much. However, one afternoon we drove to the other side of the island and had some excellent snorkeling off of the beach. During our stay, Dwayna (the house manager) arranged to have jet skis delivered to the house’s dock. We rode out to the shipwreck, which you can see from the house. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner at Hemmingway’s one night. (Thank you Terry for the gift card!). The only con about the house (that was no fault of the owner) was that there was construction next door. The first day we were there they were using a jack hammer, which was quite loud. The rest of our stay, it wasn’t as loud and we only heard the occasional drill or electric saw. We saw new construction happening all over the island, so it would be most likely wherever you would stay.

Paradise with perks!

We had an amazing week! The house was perfect for us and our three sons. Terry was in communication the whole time during our travels and went above and beyond with the welcome drinks and fruit plate, plus a dinner at his wonderful restaurant! Dwayna was amazing, helping us book our snorkel tour and answering any questions we had. It was an awesome vacation and we will for sure be back. Until then, I will see that view in my dreams!
