Breezy Villa is a private ocean front villa situated on the south shore surrounded by the soothing blue hues of the ocean. This elegantly appointed and comfortable villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and French doors leading to incredible views of the ocean.
The large living room has an entertainment centre which hosts a Plasma TV, DVD player, an assortment of movies, books and a stereo. The villas gourmet kitchen is well equipped with state of the art appliances.
One can choose to dine in the kitchen/dining room or "alfresco" under a covered porch or under the stars as one desires. A spacious pool along with lounge chairs, table and chairs and a BBQ complete this incredible oasis where there are always the trade winds that provide a soothing breeze.
Location of this ocean front villa: You are conveniently located close to Leeward Marina and only a 5-10 minute drive to the famous "Grace Bay Beach" and Grace Bay Road where you will find most of your shopping and entertainment needs.
Guest will have access to the entire property
Breezy Villa is a gated waterfront home located in a private residential community.
Rental car is recommended
Guests will receive a mid stay clean included in each 7 night stay. This will be schedule during orientation.

Absolute perfection
No words to describe how fantastic our vacation was. The house was truly incredible in every way. Beautiful views of the water and the best pool and deck area. The most comfortable bedrooms and the best stocked kitchen of any house we’ve ever rented.
The Blue Heron team was wonderful. So helpful, responsive and friendly.
Already counting the days until we come back again.

Thompson/Riley Family Christmas
This was our 3rd large house rental and Turks and probably our favourite. You can't beat being on the ocean with the view and the kayaks. Great pool area, lovely gas fire pit next to the water which we loved. House had lots of space for our crew. Kitchen had lots of condiments and cooking gear for large dinners! Road is a bit bumpy coming in though...you want a decent vehicle. We will be back!
