Our Penthouse 4th floor condo at The Yacht Club in Turtle Cove, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, is a luxury private owner rental exclusively yours during your stay. You won't want to be anywhere else at sunset. The orange glow of the Caribbean sun illuminates the marina-facing balcony and transforms the living area. It's simply breathtaking. Here you will feel like being on top of the world, with marina and ocean views and privacy and seclusion.

Three spacious and well-appointed bedrooms grace this luxurious condo over the water. The main bedroom has a King-size bed, a spacious bathroom with double vanities, custom cabinetry, a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure, and a Jacuzzi tub. This main bedroom faces the marina with magnificent water views from a private balcony draped with bougainvilleas.

The over 2700 square feet condo is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans, great natural lighting, plush pillows, and oh-so-fabulous bedding (all you need for that perfect night's sleep). We ask that you remove your shoes at the door and thank you in advance. The kitchen is fully equipped, just like a home or even better. A BBQ grill is on the balcony for your cooking under the stars. The terrace also features a retractable awning for those sunny days after a long day at the beach.

The Pool is a great retreat any time of day, as the covered pergolas provide shade without compromising the view of the marina and gardens. If you are into island-style living, you will appreciate the majestic palm trees and flowering plants on the well-manicured property. The Yacht Club is an exclusive, gated residence, so no loud music or parties are allowed. The condo is strictly NON SMOKING. For access, the elevator takes you to the 4th floor, and you can choose to use the stairs.
