JACARANDA VILLA is a large 2500 square feet 3 bedroom villa located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) has held the # 1 Spot on Trip Advisor for many years thanks to our unique beautiful villas, friendly staff, idyllic location and unparalleled service. We provide 5 Star service, for a fraction of the cost!

Jacaranda Villa is a stand alone villa with a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second master with queen bed, a twin bedroom, and two sleeper sofas in the living room (so will accommodate up to ten guests), second bathroom, a full spacious kitchen, large living room area, large dining room and fully screened in porch which overlooks the pool.

Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.

Jacaranda Villa is located among tropical, landscaped gardens overlooking the canal and is very close to our swimming pool.

There is beach access from the villa.

Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it.

You simply cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean.

Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.

Our on site team will take wonderful care of you, but if for any reason they are unable to help - we're just a phone call away.

We can assist with securing dinner reservations, booking excursions etc.

Our villas are just a short ride away from Providenciales International Airport.

If you decide to hire a car we can provide you with simple driving directions. It will not take more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport to reach our villas. You'll be on the beach in no time!

Alternatively you can catch a taxi from the airport to the villas. We will provide you all the necessary details upon making are reservation with us.

Turtle Cove is a quiet residential area - with all the amenities of the busier Grace Bay area.

We are located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach - you can walk from our villas all the way through Grace Bay to Leeward. You get the luxury of the most beautiful beach in the any crowds!

Located within walking distance the is the Turtle Cove Marina which is home to many of the water sports providers (we recommend Islands Vibes), a car rental company (Scooter Bobs) and several restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, The Naughty Gull, Simones, Tiki Hut, Magnolia & More).

Nothing is very far in Providenciales! Its very easy to get around.

Please remember that we drive on the left!

If you need direction to anywhere in particular - just ask, we pretty much know every last inch of the island and can ensure you get to your destination with ease.

We were greeted at the Jacaranda upon arrival. Luz walked us around to familiarize us with the house. She gave us the info we needed to contact her with any issues that may arise but we did not have any issues. The house is located across from the private beach walkway. Very short walk to the beach. Coconut Road is pretty quiet...not many vehicles so a nice place to walk/jog. There are chairs available that are located on the sand and some near the trees for shade. There is a "shared" pool on the property. The pool cleaners came every morning that we were there to clean the pool and surrounding area. There was a little confusion on an additional pool that was shown in the photo gallery. We were asked by other visitors where it was located and assume it must be at another villa location. There is snorkeling equipment at the house as well as beach towels for your use. We really enjoyed our visit and being so close to the Smith's Reef area that we like to snorkel. Highly recommend stopping in at the Sharkbite & Mango Reef...shout out to Shemar @ Mango Reef...he has a great personality and it attentive to his diners.

Great spring break!

Beautiful property just as listed. The grounds are lush, pool cleaned daily, house cleaned daily. Some normal beach stuff...sand, some older qualities from weather/sun, and mosquitos...all to be expected and made the property quaint. Lots of resaturants to walk to and cute walk to the beach.

5 day golf getaway

Everything was perfect. We rented two jeeps as we were in the go golfing etc daily. Location is so close to Turtle cove that a car is not required if need to travel is limited. Staff was superb and responsive. Located 100 steps is so at the beach was as advertised, awesome. Accommodations were very nice, island blue colours prevail…30 minute beach walk to Somewhere cafe, 45 minutes to Bay Bistro by beach. Will be back!

Peaceful and just off the barely beaten path

Great location just a short (and private) walk to the beach. And the beach area is as close to private as you could hope for. A nice change from the SoCal beaches where we live! The Villa was also part of a very small compound with only 2-3 units that share a common pool and BBQ area where we loved to eat our dinners. The rooms were all very comfortable and we can't wait to return.

Wonderful first time in TCI

We really enjoyed our stay, and was blown away by how clean Luz & team keeps the set of properties. Having kayaks on-site to paddle around the canal and along the shoreline was super convenient and easy getting in and out of the water. The family-friendly pool right outside was fun for the kids. We did beach walks every day of our stay and it wasn’t crowded. Great nearby places to dine such as Mango Reef. All around, a great trip and the hosts were quite responsive.

Wonderful vacation spot

The villa was perfect for our family of four! Clean, spacious and had everything we needed, including Luz, who was always available for questions and suggestions. We loved the quiet location with whatever we wanted to do just a short drive away. Although there are a few places to eat and breakfast coffee around the corner, we suggest renting a car. (Bring or borrow snorkeling gear for the reef around the bend.) Highly recommend, but also kind of want to keep it a secret! Amazing!

Family togetherness in paradise!

What a beautiful place! I usually go into any stay thinking the photos will be some sort of exaggeration but they were not--glorious, spacious, comfortable. The villa and grounds were just as lovely as the photos show. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were a 3-generation group, teens to seniors. It was great to be so close to the beach (and so close to Smith's Reef for fun snorkelling). The restaurants in Turtle Cove Marina are a short walk and very welcoming and delicious (the road is a bit dark so we were glad to have headlamps and flashlights).

Even more than expected!

The grounds around the property are incredible! Short walk to a beautiful quite beach with chairs and umbrellas already set up. The villa was much larger than I expected and was cleaned daily to cut down on the sand that inevitably gets tracked in. Not having to pay an air conditioning bill was also a huge plus(some properties do not include in the rental fee). My family had a wonderful time and felt very safe exploring the area.

Carolina greeted us as soon as we arrived on the property. She was welcoming and helpful. The place looked even better than the pictures. The place was very clean and cleaning ladies came in daily. It is in a great location but I encourage people to rent a car. The navigator had trouble finding the address. That was a little confusing.

Resort feel at VRBO price

Our group loved this find! Initially we searched for beachfront properties but were not liking our options. We came across this rental and learned there are 8 total units available which made this gem the perfect spot for our group of three families to retreat. We loved the quick walk to the beach, quiet pool at our door step, short walk to amazing snorkeling with gear provided. We regularly made the quick drive to the grocery store and walked to Turtle Cove to enjoy multiple restaurants. We also enjoyed a boat charter for a trip out to the reef and over to iguana island before catching the sunset from the boat. Highly recommend this vrbo!

Relaxing and Peaceful

We were greeted by Luz when we arrived. She was always accessible and quickly responded when called upon. We rented a vehicle to get around the island. For half of my group we were returning to this exact villa. Everything was convenient especially the ocean directly across the street. Someone came in everyday to either remove the trash, replace the towels, or change the bedding. I will definitely return to this place. It is like returning home.
