The Coziest Beach Place
We always have the best time at the Den! Convenient location with wonderful amenities I cannot imagine a better place to stay on 30A. The owners are incredibly responsive and we could not have asked for more!

Amazing Time!!
This was our first time staying at the Den on 30A. We could not have been more satisfied! Everything was clean, well decorated, plenty of space for 6 of us, and it had all the amenities that anyone would need. We HIGHLY recommend the Den on 30A, and we will most definitely be back.

The Perfect Place to Stay
4 friends and I rented The Den on 30A for a girls trip. Upon arrival, the house was clean and all of us loved the modern but not cheesy beach decor. The house is perfectly set up for hanging out downstairs and then retreating upstairs when you're ready for bed or just to relax. Each of the bedrooms has its own tv and streaming device, so everyone can have some down time and watch what they want. The house is stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware and serving utensils for meals and snacks. The golf cart was so fun to cruise around in and there are lots of places to go to eat nearby. The Hub is literally across the street and has a good variety of food so that everyone can get what they like. Oh and the beach!! Also just a quick little golf cart cruise away. All in all, the den on 30A is perfect. I've already planned another trip with my family for Christmas!
Property was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and there are a ton of board games which are great for rainy days. Living room sofa/love seat were not comfortable at all. The ping pong table was a big hit with the kids. The beach chairs and wagon were great (no beach towels, so bring your own). Public beach access was just a 5 minute drive. The location was perfect with The Hub right across the street.
Upon arrival, we had trouble with all 4 TVs, the garage door wouldn’t close, and the golf cart would not fully charge, but the management company was very responsive and took care of everything right away (still couldn’t get 1 tv in the guest room to work, but it wasn’t a big deal for us).
My main complaint is the lack of privacy because there is not a window covering for the front door. The people in the unit right across from us could see right into the main part of the property. Their unit had a covering, so it was nice when they closed their shade.
Overall, it was a great rental and we would definitely stay here again.
A friend and I stayed at this home with our pre-teen daughters. The home was lovely. The pictures don't do it justice. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and in a great location. My only issue was the kids' room with the double bunk beds. The beds themselves had seen better days. In fact, the children were afraid one of sets of beds might collapse at night and crush them. All the kids ended up sleeping somewhere else the second night. Generally speaking, I've seen a disappointing pattern across rentals where little attention is given to the upkeep of secondary bedrooms. If it wasn't for this, I would call our stay nearly perfect. We used the golf cart for every outing; everyone enjoyed it. The Big Chill was right across the street and provided great entertainment the first night there. There are multiple beach access points. We chose the nearest. There was a small parking fee, and a long walk to the beach itself, but with a small wagon, the walk was not an issue. Actually, it was quite beautiful, and we found the beach never felt overcrowded. We were easily able to travel to Seaside just down the street in the golf cart as well. We really enjoyed our stay. I contacted management about the condition of the bunk beds upon arrival, so hopefully they have been able to address the issue now.

We stayed at the prominence many times, this is the best property ever. The decor is very soothing calming, and there are many arrangements that are thoughtful and convenient, like the hooks next to the garage door to hang towels, the water hose in the garage to wash out sand outside. The golf car is a wonderful plus to make our beach entrance so easy. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong. Highly recommend
Townhome is very well appointed with everything a family would need including items for babies (We did not need, but thought it was nice). Location is across the street from the HUB which is nice and there is a 6 seat golf cart to get around. The only drawbacks to this location for the fall are that the pool is not heated and the beach access is about .5 miles away. This is not a huge problem with the golf cart, however the close beach access does not have restroom facilities. Not a deal breaker, but it is a limitation of Prominence and not this unit in particular. My boys loved the ping pong and the bikes. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Den. The house is spacious, beautiful, and convenient to shopping, dining, and especially the ocean! Our car had to be towed to a repair shop for our first 3 days, so we were very grateful to have the golf cart to get around in! I would 1000% recommend staying here!

Amazing weekend at the 30A. Went with three other guys for a golf trip and told my wife we have to come back as a family. The place was spacious with every amenity needed to stay comfortably for a long weekend to several weeks.
Some highlights outside of the Den included a fun round of golf at Regatta Bay, some awesome food and fun vibe at the HUB and great live music at Shunk Gully. This place is a must visit.
